Should have some general monitor for renewing integrations, what I mean with that is if has access with one of your platforms should check all the others and already renew everything at once, I know this is possible for Meta (Facebook and Instagram), because it is possible to do it on another tool called Sprout.
Also, should implement Engajement Rate vs Impressions, as it is a more familiar metric for digital marketing as a whole, following the example of CTR, which uses impressions instead of reach. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
