What I don't like, is the CTA's don't function on high profile sites. Like news sites and a gazillion others that....you would likely want to use them on. Replug is a great tool for dynamic link shortening which I have been using for the last 3 years. The fact that it's very easy to use and the fact that I have never faced any downtime (my links have been up since the beginning) make me depend on the tool all the time though I have a couple of other softwares as well for shortening. Integration with Content Studio and the deep-linking are icing on the cake. Some other features I love are - Zapier integration, UTM builder, Biolinks, Retargeting pixels etc. The team behind is really good too. I didn't know initially how to add my custom domain, and the support helped me, great support, and it is actually very easy to set up. Recommendations to others considering Replug: Consider using ContentStudio with it as it integrates perfectly, so as to automatically shorten links when sharing links on Social media while allowing to add customizable CTA to redirect the leads to your own products and services. Being able to use my own domains and create compelling call-to-action buttons on my links has been such a huge help in driving traffic to my products and services. I don't like that the chat support is not so fast, they are supposed to respond in chat in 2 to 10 minutes, but they respond after a few hours. alone, but it is acceptable, many others respond after weeks, but replug is fine.
