I use this note section to put comments about the applications I run. It's great because when I'm done for the day or need to return and check something, the notes are easily available for my review. This feature helps me keep a note of things without having to use a word document or another platform. It allows me to track all my evaluations in one place and guides all of my reviews, which I can refer back to whenever needed. **What do you dislike about RentSpree?** I would say the platform itself. I used to like it very well. Recently, they decided to change the platform a bit, and now the format seems a little odd. When I'm opening the application, it kind of has a very limited space for me to see the names or find more information. I need to click one by one on the application to find more information. I would like more space on the front side to review multiple applications at once without needing to click on each one individually. **What problems is RentSpree solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use RentSpree to consolidate rental applications and reports in one place. It gives me applicant information like credit score and income, making it easy to review applications consistently. The note section helps me keep track of comments on applications. ### 2. I have already sent an invitation to 6 rental agents in my area. **What do you dislike about RentSpree?** I understand that you are California based , but my workday starts at 8:30 am and no one is available to speak with me until 10 a.m. my time. I think your hours should reflect the East Coast workday and start at 6 a.m. at the latest. **Recommendations to others considering RentSpree:** I spoke with Spencer in Customer Service and he was great. Our rep is Jonathan Hawks.
