"Efficient Rental Applications, Needs UI Tweaks"

What do you like best about RentSpree?

I like RentSpree because it has different features, like the section for notes, which I find really helpful. I use this note section to put comments about the applications I run. It's great because when I'm done for the day or need to return and check something, the notes are easily available for my review. This feature helps me keep a note of things without having to use a word document or another platform. It allows me to track all my evaluations in one place and guides all of my reviews, which I can refer back to whenever needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RentSpree?

I would say the platform itself. I used to like it very well. Recently, they decided to change the platform a bit, and now the format seems a little odd. When I'm opening the application, it kind of has a very limited space for me to see the names or find more information. I need to click one by one on the application to find more information. What do you like best about RentSpree?

What do you dislike about RentSpree?

I would like to see Rentspree use an existing property to make it eligible to re-rent that property. Also, RentSpree seems to miss cases in Court that was filed, which causes trust issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"First experiences with RentSpree"

What do you like best about RentSpree?

I like the accessibility to the tenant/applicant with three forms of contact: Email, Link or QR Code Flyer. I was impressed with your presentation at KW Family Reunion 2022. What do you dislike about RentSpree?

I understand that you are California based , but my workday starts at 8:30 am and no one is available to speak with me until 10 a.m. my time. I think your hours should reflect the East Coast workday and start at 6 a.m. at the latest. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I spoke with Spencer in Customer Service and he was great. Our rep is Jonathan Hawks. We haven't been able to connect to do a demo with the team yet, but hoping for that this coming week. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
