Rentros Reviews & Product Details

Rentros is a communication-first property management app for independent landlords and small property management companies. Instead of starting with a tenant portal nobody logs into, Rentros starts where tenants already are: text messages. Every account gets a dedicated business phone number. Tenants text and call that number, and you reply from the Rentros app on the web, iPhone or Android. Your personal number stays private, and your team can share one inbox. Rentros helps you respond faster and stay organized. AI drafts suggested replies, voicemails are transcribed automatically, and messages are tagged so emergencies and maintenance requests stand out. Send mass texts, schedule messages ahead of time, and talk with tenants in 8 languages. When a repair comes in, turn the message into a work order. Tenant photos attach automatically, and you can dispatch it to a contractor by text or email. Lease renewals go out as a simple text link, and reminders keep rent dates and inspections on track. Plans start at $15 per month, with a 14-day free trial and no credit card required.
