It is nice not to have to manage the notifications part of getting paid. **What do you dislike about Rentler.com?** Our tenants will sometimes have a hard time or dislike the fact that they need to sign up with rentler in order to submit an application. I know it is required so that we can get the background check cuz it's necessary, but that process can be a little bit tedious. **What problems is Rentler.com solving and how is that benefiting you?** Regular helps collect payments as well as screen tenants. ### 4. Saves me a ton of headache to consolidate so much of the process into one platform. **What do you dislike about Rentler.com?** I think the biggest thing (that isn't necessarily Rentler's fault) that I dislike about Rentler, is when posting a listing on sites like Zillow, because they also own HotPads, it makes posting on multiple channels easy to do and manage.
