What do you like best about Rentler.com?

I love that renter is so reliable. I don't have to worry about my rent payments because it is so easy to set up automatic payments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Rentler.com?

The actual renter app and website are simple enough to use and navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rentler.com?

The biggest issue I have is the character count limit on messages for maintenance requests and maintenance request replys. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Rentler.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

There aren't really any problems Rentler is solving for me or any way it is benefiting me. It charges extra for me to be able to pay my rent. If the landlord would actually utilize the maintenance requests properly, it would be worth paying extra, but they would just leave serious maintenance requests open and unsolved for months on end. Also, it shouldn't be yet another charge for rent payments to be reported to the credit bureaus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
