Rentals Hub keeps one calendar for every unit you rent by the night. Bookings arrive from Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia and your own website; availability goes back out. A night sold in one place closes everywhere else within seconds, rather than waiting for an iCal file to be read a few hours later. Direct connections to Airbnb, Booking.com and Expedia, with iCal import and export for everything else, Vrbo included. A booking website in your name and a booking engine that takes no commission on what you sell through it. A dashboard showing arrivals, departures, occupancy and what has actually been collected. Separate access for cleaners, co-hosts and owners, each seeing only what concerns them. Two plans, both published: Starter at €8 and Pro at €13 excluding tax, per unit per month, with the channel manager included in Pro. 14-day trial, no card, no contract, no commission on bookings. Built for independent owners, property managers, holiday homes, bed & breakfasts, campsites and city apartments. Published in France by Rentals Hub SASU, Paris.
