Rencore Governance is versatile and powerful in managing our M365 tenant and the tenants of our clients. We have set up specific dashboards so that we can see what is going on. We see cost optimization potential as well as the status of certain governance rules that are important to us. However, that's just the start. Rencore Governance follows a 4-tier governance automation maturity model, in which the highest stage allows you to nearly fully automate and enable your governance ruleset. That enables us to save valuable resources within the company. Nobody has to check the different admin centers for status messages or change settings in 200 different menus anymore. The only thing one has to do is stay up-to-date with the newest Microsoft features and adapt the ruleset if necessary.
On top of that, Rencore Governance also offers provisioning and automation features to enable employees to self-service, further reducing resource usage within the IT department. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The dashboard building does not go as deep as we would like, but they are working on it. Some of the provisioning features are not as sophisticated as we would like them to be, but the focus right now is on quality and stability, and I prefer to have a working system to one with lots of features that does not work.
