**What do you like best about RemoteWork.ph?**

I love how simple and straightforward it is to find qualified virtual assistants. 

The platform lets me post jobs without paying extra fees or commissions, and I can hire directly, which makes the whole process feel super personal. 

Plus, the job posts get a lot of applicants quickly, so I never feel like I’m waiting around. 

It’s a great fit for small businesses that need reliable help but want to stay within budget!

**What do you dislike about RemoteWork.ph?**

It would be great if RemoteWork.ph eventually added some AI features to help craft the perfect job post. 

But honestly, that's just a nice-to-have—it's a brand-new platform, and I’m already loving it. The current setup works really well, and I’m excited to see how it evolves!

RemoteWork.ph is solving the problem of finding and hiring skilled virtual assistants without the hassle and extra costs of traditional hiring platforms. It’s benefiting me by streamlining the hiring process, allowing me to post jobs easily and directly connect with candidates. This means I get quality help quickly and affordably, which is a game-changer for managing my business efficiently and staying within budget.

**What do you like best about RemoteWork.ph?**

I loved being able to hire a small team from the Philippines and directly. I was tired of all the middleman fees I was paying with the hiring agencies. Very minimal platform at the moment but everything I needed to find and hire my VA's.

**What do you dislike about RemoteWork.ph?**

Could use a few more filters when searching through the job seeker database. It's a brand new platform so i'm still happy with what they are currently providing.

**What problems is RemoteWork.ph solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RemoteWork.ph lets me personally find and hire a team of virtual assistants, helping me save a significant amount every month by cutting out the costly mark-up fees charged by agencies.
