**What do you like best about Remesh?**

I really like how I can use the tool for quantitative and qualitative research studies. It is very easy to set up questions either bulk upload or individually. I have used it for both domestic and international studies and they have it easy so you can compare questions between studies.

**What do you dislike about Remesh?**

While there is a timing tool, it is harder to customize the 'speaks' like welcome messages. I have had a client complain that the moderator not be on a live video (I am not complaining), but happy you can show an avatar or picture of hte moderator.

**What problems is Remesh solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows us to do quant and qual research. The qual is great because people can vote on others' responses if they agree or disagree and even compare two to see which they like better

**What do you like best about Remesh?**

I've used the Remesh platform for consumer, customer, and employee research over the past 18 months. 

The project teams have been outstanding in supporting all of my projects.  

I was particularly impressed in their ability to set up consumer research in 3 countries that we were able to execute the fieldwork in 24 hours (Japan, France and US).  

Additionally, their AI/ML capabilities enables the team to get real time feedback.

**What do you dislike about Remesh?**

Ability to analyze open ended sentiment that can be dropped into powerpoint.

**What problems is Remesh solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Real time qualitative feedback that is scaleable.

**What do you like best about Remesh?**

Remesh has an excellent customer service team and I found overall a great experience in using the platform - our clients have been very impressed with the functionality. Remesh is really easy and quick to set up, interactive and engaging design, modern functionality, instant analytics.

**What do you dislike about Remesh?**

The couple of things which I dislike about Remesh are - It is not compatible with internet explorer & it's inability to combine data from across focus group sessions.

**What problems is Remesh solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remesh is an innovative program which helps in the analysis of data is a very simple manner. A major benefit is that it uses Artificial Intelligence and also helps in analysing real time data.

**What do you like best about Remesh?**

The platform enables conversations among up to 1000 people at a time. You get the open-ended feedback you'd expect from a focus group with the anonymity and ability to include people with different power relationships in a single conversation (bosses and team members, intimidating people and shy people, etc.). No one gets to overpower the rest of the participants.

**What do you dislike about Remesh?**

Nothing. The tools keep getting better. I would love to be able to export PPT slides including more than 3 segments.

**Recommendations to others considering Remesh:**

If you want to reach a dispersed group of stakeholders to get insights into their honest thoughts about an important topic, Remesh is the best tool I've used.

**What problems is Remesh solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My clients are often surprised by employee responses. Clients hire us with a particular solution in mind, but using Remesh, we're able to uncover insights about root causes that can dramatically change the types of interventions we recommend.

Remesh cuts our research budget and timeline in half. The innovativeness and the intuitivatness of the platform is super helpful in getting the team up to speed.

Not sure there is anything I dislike about the product. Every tool has some limitations but I haven't had issues with theirs.

The team at Remesh really values user feedback and is constantly innovating against it.

We were able to shape the way we deployed remesh across employee teams to ensure we could focus on a set of inquires we really need perspective on

Would have to say it feels a bit like a black box ---and while this was perhaps caused by our company's issues with regard to how we partner with vendors, it would be helpful to have an even more engaged customer success team deployed more broadly across our teams.

Visibility into a variety of employee experiences across a global team --- trying to move beyond one-off employee engagement pulse-taking toward more integrated insights about employee experience

Remesh is pretty easy to use and configure - easy interface and you can customize the moderation guide directly in Excel then upload to system, make it even easier to program.

**What do you dislike about Remesh?**

You can hire Remesh recruitment of participants, but sometimes they are not very engaged for open questions. You really need to think twice before adding this type of question.

Consumer research for consumer goods - uncovering attributes, concepts, appearance, JTBD.

Good way to talk to a lot of people quickly, get a mix of quant percents, get a qual read on other topics and have people weigh in on what others said to see what resonates most strongly with the group

**What do you dislike about Remesh?**

Need to ensure the sample you bring in is scrubbed for quality, if any bots or professional survey takers get in it becomes very obvious when people are disengaged

**What problems is Remesh solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Need to talk to a lot of people quickly, need to have some hard numbers to support findings, interesting way to watch this live in the back room and add additional questions as needed to get more detail/open a new topic

It is very expensive given the number of respondents, which makes it hard to include in pitches

Do it if you're going to go big on your research project and want something flashy and international

We can more easily co-create new solutions with respondents, and give qualitative insights some legitimacy.

The tool itself allows you to uniquely interact with consumers in a fluid way.

I believe some of the in session insights and where to probe are somewhat challenging if you do not have a copilot. But with a copilot it has been easy.

Packaging design. Clear outcomes on which designs worked and how to optimize.

I liked how we could get results from surveys immediately.  We were also able to dive deeper into survey questions and results since open-ended questions were used and then we narrowed them down to more specific question choices to vote on.

**What do you dislike about Remesh?**

The voting seemed to be a little bit complicated at times.

I would recommend Remesh to others

It would be handy in order to get to the real heart of what you want to answer out of your employee surveys.
