**What do you like best about Remedio?**

I find Remedio invaluable for its ability to identify misconfigurations and enhance security across our entire estate, which is a critical aspect of our operations. The platform's design is intuitive and easy to understand, which greatly facilitates our workflow and reduces the learning curve for our team. Additionally, the technical support is outstanding, providing us with regular weekly or bi-weekly meetings where we can ask questions, resolve issues, and gain insights into possible upgrades and add-ons. This proactive approach in customer support helps us maximize the platform's benefits and tailor its capabilities to fit our needs. The ease of the initial setup, thanks to the robust support from the tech team, made the adoption of Remedio smooth and efficient. Overall, these elements significantly contribute to the value Remedio provides in our day-to-day security management tasks.

**What do you dislike about Remedio?**

I found the transition to the cloud a bit clunky. It could have been more streamlined with hands-on support from start to finish, especially during the server setup and client onboarding process.

**What problems is Remedio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Remedio to identify vulnerabilities and common issues, enhancing security. It provides guidance on fixing misconfigurations, and the tech support is excellent, offering regular meetings for further assistance.

**What do you like best about Remedio?**

We have now moved to the SAAS offering from an on Prem environment and the move was pretty seamless and we have now moved all our servers across using the sensors via SCCM. We visit this on a weekly basis and look at the mis configs on our servers.

**What do you dislike about Remedio?**

To be honest, it's not exactly a dislike, but Remedio does highlight an area where we need to be more attentive. It may even require assigning a dedicated resource to properly oversee the work involved.

**What problems is Remedio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We hold weekly security meetings, and with Remedio, both the Security Team and the Head of IT feel more confident that we are effectively addressing our vulnerabilities.

Identifying the security configuration of your estate, being able to view if something is used and having the ability to reverse a config change

**What do you dislike about Remedio?**

Making sure the agent is deployed across the whole estate

**What problems is Remedio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making sure that machines are configured correctly to reduce the vulnerabilities within the estate. When a new vulnerability is raised being able to make widespread configuration changes easily and quickly.
