**Describe the project or task Relus Cloud helped with:**

Needed assistance with our AWS EC2 instances configuration.  Also, wanted them to offer suggestions on how to lower our AWS bill.

**What do you like best about Relus Cloud?**

I feel that they are knowledgeable and provided us with options to implement that would be beneficial to our company.

**What do you dislike about Relus Cloud?**

I do not feel that they provided enough guidance in assisting us with the implementation process.  We were provided a runbook, but not really shown how to go about using the new infrastructure, not were we shown how to transfer our existing infrastructure to the new design.  We have a development VPC set up but aren't sure how to use it.
