## About Relate
Relate is an AI meeting intelligence and trust analytics platform that helps individuals and teams measure, understand, and improve the quality of their communication. It analyzes real meeting interactions using the proven Trusted Advisor Associates Trust Equation—a framework that defines trust through four measurable components: credibility, reliability, intimacy, and self-orientation. Each factor is assessed through over 50 behavioral sub-factors, providing a comprehensive and objective view of how trust is built and maintained across conversations. Relate is designed for professionals and teams who depend on effective communication and strong relationships to achieve results—such as sales teams, customer success managers, people leaders, and coaches. By translating complex interpersonal dynamics into measurable data, the platform helps users identify patterns, track progress, and strengthen performance across meetings and relationships. Each meeting is automatically processed to generate a Relate Trust Index Score and a detailed report highlighting strengths, growth areas, and next-step recommendations. Over time, users gain a personalized dashboard that visualizes trends, top-performing meetings, and communication growth. Relate integrates seamlessly with major meeting platforms to ensure continuous, privacy-first analysis without workflow disruption. Key capabilities include: Trust analytics: Quantifies the four drives of trust across 50+ sub-factors for precise, data-driven insight. Post-meeting reports: Provides trust scorecards and action items summarizing key outcomes and improvement areas. Personal dashboards: Tracks trust-building progress, highlights best meetings, and surfaces behavioral trends. Team benchmarking: Aggregates insights for leaders and coaches to identify strengths and guide targeted development. Secure integrations: Connects with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet with enterprise-grade data protection. ## Relate Reviews
 ### 1. Relate's Smart Coaching: Transforming Meetings with Real-Time Insights and Trust Analytics

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sean K. | IT Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2025

**What do you like best about Relate?**

Relate's Smart Coaching—driven by the sandi AI—is a game-changer for meeting effectiveness, delivering personalized, real-time insights that actively build trust. Instead of just summarizing, its Trust Analytics measure true conversational dynamics, providing clear evidence of performance excellence and areas for growth. This is a crucial tool for large organizations seeking to scale coaching across their sales and engagement teams, transforming every professional exchange into a powerful opportunity for measurable growth and enhanced connections.

**What do you dislike about Relate?**

To guarantee you never miss out on valuable meeting intelligence, ensure your meetings are properly scheduled and connected to Relate.US. If an ad-hoc or unlinked meeting starts, Sandi won't be there to provide coaching.

**What problems is Relate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The core of what Relate solves is helping professionals move beyond just capturing what was said to understanding how the conversation landed and how to build stronger relationships based on Trust. Importantly, meetings become self improvement sessions through discreet, live coaching. By tracking your Trust scote over time, you can review detailed evidence of your improvements, and areas that still need improving..

 ### 2. Unlocks Team Potential with Data-Driven Insights from Real Conversations

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Harsh t. | Software Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Relate?**

Relate provides a distinctive way to enhance team performance by leveraging data-driven insights drawn from actual conversations. By examining meeting transcripts and highlighting behavioral metrics like credibility and reliability, it has enabled us to uncover communication strengths and areas for improvement that we might not have noticed otherwise.

**What do you dislike about Relate?**

While Relate excels at analyzing meeting dynamics, the platform could enhance its value by offering more actionable follow-ups. For instance, when it detects patterns such as low intimacy or high self-orientation, providing tailored improvement tips or training recommendations would make the insights more practical. Integrating coaching modules or adaptive feedback loops could help achieve this and make the feedback even more effective.

**What problems is Relate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Relate is addressing communication and collaboration challenges among teams by offering a transparent platform for feedback, goal tracking, and performance discussions. It helps ensure that expectations are clearly outlined and that progress is visible to all, which reduces misunderstandings and enhances accountability.

Personally, I have found it valuable because it keeps me aligned with my manager’s expectations, allows me to monitor my progress toward goals, and provides ongoing feedback. This makes it easier to pinpoint areas for improvement and recognize achievements, ultimately supporting my personal growth and fostering stronger collaboration within the team.

 ### 3. Insightful Analytics and Intuitive Interface Elevate Meeting Dynamics

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shaurya B. | Software Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Relate?**

Relate makes it easy to analyze and understand the dynamics of meetings through clear insights into trust factors like credibility, reliability, intimacy, and self-orientation. I like how it provides structured feedback that helps identify strengths and growth areas for presenters and teams. The interface is intuitive, and the analytics are actionable rather than just descriptive.

**What do you dislike about Relate?**

Sometimes, the feedback feels too generalized and doesn’t fully reflect the context or nuances of the conversation. The report turnaround can also be slow after analysis, and it would be helpful if the platform offered more real-time insights or visual summaries. Some UI elements could also be more responsive for easier navigation.

**What problems is Relate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Relate is helping bridge the gap between meeting performance and actionable insights. It identifies key trust factors—credibility, reliability, intimacy, and self-orientation—that directly impact how effectively presenters connect with their audience. By quantifying these softer skills, Relate makes it easier to track progress over time, coach teams more effectively, and improve the overall quality of client interactions. This leads to stronger relationships, more engaging meetings, and measurable growth in communication effectiveness.

 ### 4. An intelligent, forward-thinking tool for improving communication and trust in meetings

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Callum J. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Relate?**

Relate is one of the most insightful tools I’ve used for improving communication and collaboration. It goes far beyond standard meeting transcription by analysing tone, engagement, and trust dynamics across conversations. The AI coach gives meaningful feedback on how I’m interacting with clients and team members, helping me identify where I can be more clear, empathetic, or assertive.

**What do you dislike about Relate?**

Because Relate is still fairly new, there are occasional moments where the analytics or dashboard features feel a bit limited. I’d like to see more depth in the reporting section.
Some smaller integrations are still being developed, that said, the platform is clearly evolving fast, and the support team seems responsive to user feedback.

**What problems is Relate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Relate addresses the problem of meetings and business interactions that involve lots of activity yet little real trust, clarity or follow-through. It uses AI-driven “trust analytics” to assess how credible, reliable, intimate and self-oriented our communication is. For me, this means each meeting becomes more measurable and actionable: I can see where I’m building trust (or not), refine how I engage in client and partner conversations, and sharpen each discussion so that it leads to stronger relationships, fewer misunderstandings and faster outcomes.

 ### 5. Great for Objective Feedback

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alastair M. | Head of Research & Consultant Relations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Relate?**

I love the immediate objective and specific feedback, both for myself and others. Feedback is tricky to give and receive but having an objective assessment based on academia with a score attached makes it easy. It also makes me prepare more for each meeting knowing what I need to do to get a higher score and a better outcome with the client or prospect. I've only used it a few times but am looking forward to using it more and seeing what it teaches me.

**What do you dislike about Relate?**

Doesn't work as well for in-person meetings. Many of my client meetings take place in person so improving the software for this would be most welcome, which I'm told is happening.

**What problems is Relate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem it is solving for me is a standardized measurement of meeting quality. The second order impact of this is sot make our meetings better more of the time.

 ### 6. A Valuable Assistant for Building Trust and Communication

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ir M. | Collaboratr | Innovatr | CPMO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Relate?**

Relate is very intuitive and easy to use.It provides valuable insights into meeting communication and team dynamics. It helps identify strengths and opportunities to improve collaboration and trust within teams. I also appreciate that the analysis is private and limited to internal use, which helps maintain confidentiality.

**What do you dislike about Relate?**

At times, the analysis could include more context around tone or intent to make feedback more actionable. The setup and consent notifications can also feel a bit formal or repetitive for smaller meetings. It would be great to have more customization options for what’s analyzed or reported. Some integrations require manual setup or extra steps to connect smoothly

**What problems is Relate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Relate helps improve meeting effectiveness and team communication. It automatically transcribes discussions, captures key insights, and analyzes communication patterns to identify ways to strengthen trust and collaboration.

 ### 7. Impressive Experience—Absolutely Love It

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dhruv J. | Software Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Relate?**

Relate has transformed the way our organization understands communication dynamics. Its meeting intelligence platform provides deep insights into trust factors like credibility, reliability, intimacy, and self-orientation — helping teams build stronger relationships and collaborate more effectively.

**What do you dislike about Relate?**

Sometimes, the trust metrics feel a bit too generalized — for instance, the same behavior can be interpreted differently depending on meeting context. Enhancing the model with domain-specific calibration or context tagging could make the insights more accurate and tailored to each team’s communication style.

**What problems is Relate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Relate addresses the gap between how we think we communicate and how we actually come across. By turning meeting data into actionable feedback, it improves self-awareness and helps professionals refine their communication style, credibility, and reliability. This leads to more effective collaboration and better leadership development.

 ### 8. Relate Transforms Team Meetings with Insightful AI and Effortless Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amar Nath V. | CIO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Relate?**

Relate has completely elevated the quality of our team meetings. Its AI coach, Sandi, provides real-time insights that foster trust-building and improve communication dynamics. The engagement and reliability analytics offer a deeper view—not just into what’s said, but how it’s received. Integration with our existing tools was effortless, and the actionable feedback has noticeably enhanced collaboration and meeting effectiveness. It’s an excellent choice for any remote or hybrid team aiming to strengthen connection and clarity.

**What do you dislike about Relate?**

Relate’s meeting analysis is incredibly accurate. On rare occasions, the AI feedback could use additional context for highly specialized discussions, but the frequent product updates are continuously addressing this.

**What problems is Relate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Relate helps tackle the common challenge of improving meeting communication and team engagement. Through Sandi’s live insights, it reveals valuable patterns like speaking balance, empathy, and attentiveness—areas often overlooked in fast-paced discussions. This has made me more conscious of my communication style, fostered stronger relationships, and led to more inclusive, productive conversations. Every meeting now feels like a continuous learning experience toward better teamwork.

 ### 9. Relate: Elevates Team Meetings with Real-Time Coaching and Actionable Insights

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** gaurav t. | Vice President, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Relate?**

Relate has transformed our team meetings by spotlighting trust-building behaviours and giving real-time coaching through its ‘Sandi’ AI. The platform’s analytics on engagement and reliability help us understand not just what is said— but how it lands. Its seamless integration with our existing tools meant zero disruption, and the actionable feedback has already improved our meeting quality. Highly recommended for any team looking to deepen connection and clarity in remote or hybrid work.

**What do you dislike about Relate?**

Relate does a fantastic job analyzing meetings. Occasionally, the AI feedback could use more context for niche topics, but the regular updates are clearly improving this.

**What problems is Relate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Relate is solving the challenge of improving meeting dynamics and team communication. With Sandi’s real-time insights, it highlights patterns like speaking balance, empathy, and engagement — things that often go unnoticed. This has helped me become more aware of my communication style, build stronger connections in meetings, and make discussions more inclusive and productive. Overall, it turns every meeting into a learning opportunity for better collaboration.

 ### 10. Helpful Meeting Feedback, Looking Forward to More Insights

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nick H. | company director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Relate?**

I like the feedback on how I could improve my meeting management skills. It is easy to use and intuitive to set up. The dashboard is great. Customer support is strong.

**What do you dislike about Relate?**

I have only conducted three meetings so far so it's hard to see how the feedback changes over time - I expect it will become more and more specific. I would like to be able to minimise the relate logo to just a small icon in the corner of the screen - it takes up too much real estate on the screen as an 'attendee'

**What problems is Relate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

not solving a problem for me - just assisting in potential improvement

 ### 11. Insightful, Useful Feedback That Builds Trust, But Requires Client Buy-In

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dick T. | Principal, Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Relate?**

Sandi provides me immediate, objective, insightful, feedback about how Im building Trust with prospects/clients. Most managers and peers I have worked with my entire career didnt even come close in this regard!

**What do you dislike about Relate?**

My prospects/clients are both wary and curious about AI agents and coaches, so it takes a little convincing for some to get them comforable that Sandi will help me serve them better.

**What problems is Relate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I dont often get objective feedback about how I conduct meetings, Relate/Sandi does that for me now and its super helpful.

I used an earlier version and was very difficult to integrate, however with the latest release it integrated with my calendar seamlessly and is easy to use. Great fixes and really rapid innovation.

 ### 13. Unique TRUST Metric and User-Friendly Experience

Relate is a highly useful platform that is easy to use. The company provides outstanding customer service and does a great job of enhancing client relationships.
