I spent weeks comparing affiliate platforms for a series of articles on SaaS and ecommerce affiliate software, and Rekomi kept coming out on top for one reason: it handles the boring, risky part for you. Payouts to affiliates in 130+ countries, W-9 and W-8 collection, 1099-NEC prep and automatic commission clawback on refunds are all built in. Rekomi has some niche solutions that other affiliate tracking companies couldn't offer without a lot more customization. For me, I was looking to set up a paid affiliate network for my paid Beehiiv newsletter, something that isn't internally integrated at Beehiiv and something that other major affiliate tracking companies didn't have a solution for.

The founder, Graham, is also very responsive and quickly built an integration with my Beehiiv newsletter within a few days.

Rekomi is pretty new to the affiliate space, so like any new company, it had some minor issues to initially set up the tracking for my own unique requests. However, Graham was able to update and set up what I needed fairly quickly. Another downside is I have a 60 day satisfaction guarantee for my own paid newsletter, and the starter plan can only hold affiliate payouts for up to 14 days. I tested Rekomi as an affiliate software and it's very good. It has all the features you would need to run an affiliate program and a lot of payment provider integrations. I like its ease of use, features, and pricing. It's super easy to get started and easy to integrate into websites. As a vegan recipe site, launching an affiliate program always felt out of reach, but Rekomi made it genuinely simple to set up. The Stripe-native tracking was just a click to set up, and the automated payouts save me the headache of managing affiliates manually. The best part has been watching our most loyal readers become our biggest advocates. Really. nothing to complain about so far. But, if I had to pick something, I'd love to see even more reporting and customization options for the affiliate dashboard down the road. The payout handling is what sold me. Rekomi pays each affiliate individually, so as a brand I make a single payment to Rekomi instead of tracking and sending dozens of payouts. I also use it as a creator on YouTube, LinkedIn and Substack to track my own affiliate links, and the analytics dashboards make it easy to see which videos and campaigns actually convert. What I loved most about Rekomi was the people behind it.

I needed some guidance along the way, and the team was incredibly helpful, approachable, and genuinely supportive. That meant so much to me, especially at that point.

The website is also beautiful, simple, and easy to navigate, which makes the whole experience feel effortless.
