An app that is highly customizable to the requirements, easy to set up is very rare. But definitely, it would be good to receive more of the pre-created templates. It makes the work so easy. They still have some of the most useful templates set up by the team but having more is always a desire by avid users like us. **Recommendations to others considering Refold:** I would recommend it to all the businesses looking to automate their processes and need one software to do it all from operations to finance, all the way to marketing. One app will empower you to do it all. **What problems is Refold solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our main problem was to automate the processes where there were multiple touchpoints, and everything was being handled manually. Also, these processes were ever-changing for us to create something. Breakout helped us get these processes automated and also helped us keep a log of everything for our audit requirements.
