Easy to add new integrations in Sales Tech with the help of their excellent support. We could easily add new Dialler integrations through Cobalt which our customers demanded. So its very important to be fully integrated in the tools where the customers spend most of their time. Given that all customers have their unique preferences of tools, it becomes unwieldy to build and maintain integrations with these tools. Thats where we feel Cobalt added most value to us.
