Reflections by STRASYS Reviews & Product Details

Reflections by STRASYS is a decision journal for executives. You make hundreds of decisions a year and can name only a few; Reflections records them and shows the pattern you cannot see from inside it. Log decisions by voice or text Record any business decision in under 60 seconds. The entry is structured automatically: title, context, category, difficulty, stress, confidence, emotion, energy, reversibility, time of day and a prediction letter to your future self. Voice works in any language. Nine decision categories Operations, People, Financial, Client, Compliance, Conflict, Hire-Fire, Strategy and Personal. Check in and calibrate Score past decisions at scheduled intervals, starting the next day, and compare your original prediction with the actual outcome. Reflections calculates calibration accuracy. Reports and analytics Up to 33 reports a year: biweekly pattern digests, quarterly analysis, half-yearly reviews and an annual decision profile. Charts cover category performance, stress versus outcome, calibration, time of day and reversibility. Decisions with several check-ins show a trajectory shape: Rising, V-Recovery, Declining, Flat or Volatile. Two tiers Free: unlimited text logging, 3 voice entries a month, 4 basic reports a year and 3 check-ins per decision. Executive: up to 150 voice captures a month, 33 reports a year, 13 check-ins per decision and on-demand reports. Voice audio is processed in memory only and never stored. Runs on Android, Windows and the web with one STRASYS account; iPhone after App Store approval. English and Turkish interface. Data is isolated per organisation and stored in the European Union, with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit.
