Hardest to work with is when you do questionnaires in multiple languages.

It has translation functionality, but when for example you change something in your original text, it can easily wipe out all translations without you noticing. And also if you already have a list of translations prepared, it's hard to add them en masse, we're forced to do that one-by-one in line.
