Referral Rewards by CardLinks Reviews & Product Details

Referral Rewards by CardLinks is customer referral software that tracks, measures, and rewards word-of-mouth referrals. The platform addresses the challenge of invisible referrals by replacing methods like asking customers how they heard about the business. A six-step process maintains referral attribution from offer claim through visit confirmation to reward distribution. Staff enroll customers into the program, and enrolled customers share referral cards or digital links with friends. Referred customers claim offers without downloading apps or creating accounts. Staff confirm visits using offer codes or email addresses. Rewards are generated after visit completion, ensuring businesses compensate only for converted referrals. Access methods include NFC tap cards, QR codes, Apple Wallet, and Google Wallet. Staff tools require no downloads or training. The system operates independently of booking or point-of-sale systems.
