Who is RedTeam Go pricing best suited for?

RedTeam Go's pricing is best suited for small construction businesses, which represent the overwhelming majority of G2 reviewers. According to G2 reviews of RedTeam Go, small contractors with 50 or fewer employees gain the most value from centralized project management covering estimating, subcontracts, change orders, billing, and RFIs. G2 reviewers in general contracting roles specifically praise the subcontractor portal, owner billing, and QuickBooks integration as high-impact features for lean office teams. RedTeam Go's custom quote model also suits small firms with straightforward needs rather than complex enterprise configurations. A handful of mid-market construction firms appear in G2 data but represent a smaller share of the user base.

RedTeam Go does not offer a permanent free version. According to G2's pricing data for RedTeam Go, a free trial is available for teams evaluating the platform before committing. The trial provides a time-limited window to assess core modules including estimating, bidding, subcontracts, change orders, and QuickBooks integration. RedTeam Go's paid plans are available via custom quotes, meaning pricing is negotiated rather than published at fixed tiers. G2 reviewers note the onboarding experience includes dedicated customer success advocates and, in some cases, in-person setup assistance, suggesting RedTeam Go's paid plans include structured implementation support not available during a trial evaluation.

G2 reviewers of RedTeam Go are split on value. High-rating reviewers consistently cite time savings on subcontracts, change orders, proposals, and RFIs as strong ROI drivers. One G2 reviewer noted writing subcontracts and owner contracts is significantly faster, and another highlighted automatic lien release collection as considerable labor savings. RedTeam Go's pricing appears to deliver solid value for office-side construction workflows but less so for field operations, where G2 reviewers consistently report the mobile experience falls short of expectations.

"Simple, Cost-Effective, But Needs App Improvement"

What do you like best about RedTeam Go?

I find RedTeam Go simple and easy to use. I also like the bidding feature, which allows us to create an estimate template for a project, send out the drawings to all of the bidders, and track which bids have been turned in. The cost is much more competitive compared to alternatives. Also, the initial setup went great. RedTeam was very accommodating and even had someone come to our office in person to help with the onboarding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RedTeam Go?

I wish the submittal feature was a little more intuitive. The tablet/phone app is also limited in its capability compared to the desktop functions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
