I like how RedTeam Go keeps everything in one place. It helps us get a quick snapshot of where we stand budget-wise for our clients at any time. I appreciate that it integrates with QuickBooks, making payments to subcontractors simple and tracking client payments easy. It's simple to use once you get the hang of it. When there are new features rolled out, it doesn't get communicated very effectively. The announcements are so frequent within the system that you tend to just gloss over it. Also, the chat used to be much more helpful. There was a dedicated team that could answer questions and walk you through things in real time. Now it takes DAYS.
