**What do you like best about RedTeam Go?**

I like that I can keep all my project-related information for each project in one place. It’s convenient being able to handle everything—from estimating to project management—in a single spot.

**What do you dislike about RedTeam Go?**

One thing that’s annoying is that you don’t have much color control over the schedule. When I go to print it, the gray background that blocks out the weekends doesn’t show up and this makes it harder to navigate and read the schedule.

**What problems is RedTeam Go solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s helped us organize a number of things in our business, mainly by keeping all project-related information in one place. It’s also helped with the billing side, since it works with QuickBooks.

**What do you like best about RedTeam Go?**

I like how RedTeam Go keeps everything in one place. It helps us get a quick snapshot of where we stand budget-wise for our clients at any time. I appreciate that it integrates with QuickBooks, making payments to subcontractors simple and tracking client payments easy. It's simple to use once you get the hang of it. I like that it keeps jobs separate but groups them together by client, allowing us to easily identify repeat customers.

**What do you dislike about RedTeam Go?**

When there are new features rolled out, it doesn't get communicated very effectively. The announcements are so frequent within the system that you tend to just gloss over it. Also, the chat used to be much more helpful. There was a dedicated team that could answer questions and walk you through things in real time. Now it takes DAYS. It feels like maybe it's outsourced to people who don't even actually use RedTeam.

RedTeam Go keeps everything in one place, providing a quick snapshot of budgets and integrates with QuickBooks for simple subcontractor payments and tracking client payments. We switched from manual tracking with Excel and QuickBooks.

**What do you like best about RedTeam Go?**

I find RedTeam Go simple and easy to use. I also like the bidding feature, which allows us to create an estimate template for a project, send out the drawings to all of the bidders, and track which bids have been turned in. The cost is much more competitive compared to alternatives. Also, the initial setup went great. RedTeam was very accommodating and even had someone come to our office in person to help with the onboarding.

**What do you dislike about RedTeam Go?**

I wish the submittal feature was a little more intuitive. The tablet/phone app is also limited in its capability compared to the desktop functions.

RedTeam Go connects our field and office teams to project documents and simplifies bidding by allowing us to create estimate templates, send drawings to bidders, and track bid submissions. It's simple and easy to use.

RedTeam Go is an easy to use software that makes managing and moving a project along hassle free. The biggest thing that I love is the direct access we have to our Customer Success Advocate, Eileen. We scheduled a weekly call so that we could dive deeper into RedTeam and how our company could better use all of the features.

The only thing I dislike is not being able to full customize the software but they release updates a lot so its constantly evolving.

It’s not necessarily solving a specific problem, but it definitely helps keep the admin and field teams aligned and moving forward on the same path.

I really like the sub portal in RedTeam Go that allows subcontractors to upload all necessary information from W9/COI to invoicing. It's user-friendly for our subs, which makes the whole process a lot smoother.

**What do you dislike about RedTeam Go?**

We've had some issues with the sync option pushing items over to QuickBooks. It seems to require multiple sync efforts to get transactions to transmit. We managed the initial setup but it was a learning curve.

RedTeam Go helps with estimating, bidding, billing, job progression, and profitability in construction management. I like the user-friendly sub portal for subs to upload necessary info like W9/COI for invoicing.

I like that RedTeam Go keeps everything about a job compartmentalized in one place. It's easy to find everything. It's nice to have everything in one place.

I think the Schedules could be a LOT easier to print and they should have options for different colors for line items so that certain scopes of work stick out better. Also, it is difficult to save the schedule at times. When you try and print the schedule it is very difficult.

not being able to unapprove a change order in the middle of change orders, without unapproving all the other change orders.

I'm not sure, because we still have not received our new agreement even though we have been asking for it for months before our current one expired. also, not sure where RTG is at regarding the development of a specific report that is needed for our taxes at the end of each year.

I think there needs to be more training material available. It would have been much smoother if a representative could have come to our office to spend time training with us.

I like the fact that everything is stored in the same place, all contracts, RFI's, bids, ect

A owner/subcontract is not always needed and it is alot of additional clicks to work around that. I would like a feature that would allow for service, type work that we have master service agreements and dont need individual contracts.

Solving our issues of subcontracting. We no longer need to have file cabinets stuffed with paper. Everything is stored in one place. Big advantage over the traditional paper route.

Some processes could be streamlined to require fewer steps, and there are a few additional capabilities it could offer. For example, it could notify PMs when billing needs to be reviewed and approved.

The software is straightforward to use and offers essential features.

**What do you dislike about RedTeam Go?**

In the past, we have experienced losing access to project photos, which has been frustrating. Additionally, there is no way to hide unused cost codes, which can make navigation cumbersome. The reporting options are also limited, as the reports cannot be customized to fit our needs. Furthermore, certain features, such as the OCR used for naming plans, do not perform as efficiently or accurately as similar tools offered by competitors.

The ease of use of the software allows employees with limited experience with technology the ability to use the tools effortlessly.

I like that the Project Managers seem to get what they need out of it.

**What do you dislike about RedTeam Go?**

It is challenging to use from an accounting perspective. I have to enter some of what I enter into QBO; I enter a second time into Paskr/RTG. Also, the reports don't filter in a way that would be useful. They are what they are, but I would like to be able to sort the data how I need it. Finally, managing sub-compliance, ie. W9 and COIs isn't user-friendly.

Compared to what? Red Team Go has done nothing different than what Paskr did, unless you aren't telling me something.

**What do you like best about RedTeam Go?**

The Bidding, Contract, Billing and Change Order modules are the ones we use most often. Writing subcontracts and owner contracts is significantly faster using this software. Having the subcontractors send us their pay apps through the RedTeam Go automatically has the subs send lien releases, which is a considerable time and labor savings. 
The schedule of values you create in your proposal automatically gets pulled into the owner pay apps. Creating change orders is smooth, and once approved, they easily integrate with the billing software. 
The submittal and RFI modules are also great.
Their customer / tech support is always quick to help and resolve any issues.

**What do you dislike about RedTeam Go?**

Their mobile apps are not really user-friendly. We pay for a separate service for our field personnel to write daily logs. RedTeam Go's tools for the field: drawings / planroom, meeting log, scheduling module and daily log seem like they only exist to say they have them.

**What problems is RedTeam Go solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Begining a project typically means a lot of paper work. RedTeam Go speeds up a lot of the work.
Tracking RFIs, Submittals, and Changes is a mountain of work that RedTeam Go keeps nicely organized.

**What do you like best about RedTeam Go?**

I love the live chat option... It is super helpful, especially as a new employee. There have been several times that the online chat team have helped me to resolve something when my supervisor was unable, allowing me to be a more independent employee.

**What do you dislike about RedTeam Go?**

I do think that a lot of the processes are a bit "overkill" for the purpose we use it for. While the platform is great for our major projects, it overcomplicates our process for smaller service call projects

They give us one platform for all functions of our business. It is very convenient to have one platform as opposed to multiple which leaves room for error and overcomplicates.

**What do you like best about RedTeam Go?**

It does a lot of the tasks automatically that we used to do manually:  bid invitations, receive responses, writing subcontracts, PROPOSALS, change orders, etc.

**What do you dislike about RedTeam Go?**

Time entry feature is horrible - my most hated feature of RedTeam Go. Everyone in our office works on many different projects throughout a single day. Entering time is tedious and time consuming. I have requested an upgrade to this feature since we signed up, but nothing has been upgraded yet. For years, we used a web-based platform (TimeTracker) this is a traditional-looking, weekly timesheet that shows the entire week with all projects. Much better.

Scheduling is also rudimentary compared to Microsoft Project, which is what we prefer.

**What problems is RedTeam Go solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am better at keeping a project on-track as far as budget and change orders are concerned. I am also better processing and tracking submittals, obtaining signatures on contracts. Proposals are also much more professional looking.

**What do you like best about RedTeam Go?**

The new estimating module makes it easy to enter bids. I love how seamless it is to enter bids and create submittals, then the submittal workflow is pretty intuitive. Now that we've used the software from beginning to end for bids/projects, it still checks all of the boxes.

**What do you dislike about RedTeam Go?**

You can't change customers in Scope after a project has been created. I have to re-login 25+ times per day because the system freezes. I can't create addenda for an active project. The new estimating module should be in the change order cost estimate menu, too. There's no way to flag/color-code line items in the estimate for later review.

**What problems is RedTeam Go solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A project life cycle that is 2+ years with various design changes from the owner and multiple change orders with subs was an absolute nightmare to keep track of in Excel. In RT, the changes are crystal clear. The RFQs look very professional.

Tacking vendor's contracts and costs. Tracking project costs and budgets.  Easy to do owner and vendor change orders. Proposal creation is very good.  You can add and subtract different documents you would like to see.

Some of the text box features when creating contract scopes. It would be nice if you would date stamp when the last change was made to default costs in the cost code  section

Owner billings are great to work inside of and vendors invoicing is good to review totals before approval.  The best part is when a vendor is trying to bill more than the contract amount and RGT does not let them.

I find that the subcontract part and the owner/sub change orders cuts down my work significantly and saves a lot of time on the back side. If you take the time in the beginning of the project it saves so much time on the back side.

I find that the app for the job sups can be hit or miss and can be a struggle for our job sups to use and it does not sink well when you try to integrate the schedule with the job logs.

The upsides are the Job Cost Statement and now it includes committed costs which is a huge benefit.  I like this report because it is the "bible" of where you are financially on the project.

I dislike the lack of functionality in the Precon module, there are no takeoffs but hopefully that will come soon.

It doesn't do any of the tasks exceptionally well without quirks. Example some of the reports are not formatted to wrap texts and things so some text gets cut off. Issuing subcontractor changes from an Owner CO is more complex than it needs to be. Same for submittal packages and some of the other day to day tasks.

Putting our day to day operations tasks in one program benefits us.

We initially adopted Paskr based on the demo that we received as well as the price point.  Being a small business, we were wary of spending big dollars on a software.  Paskr has the possibility of being great but it's not there yet.  

**What do you dislike about RedTeam Go?**

Formatting was a big issue.  Also, snycing with Quickbooks was a major hassle that involved lots of time on the phone with the lead programmer.  Navigating within the system was cumbersome.

**Recommendations to others considering RedTeam Go:**

I know that they have redesigned the system to a certain degree once we stopped using it.  Explore all options.
