Coax Reviews & Product Details

Coax is a SaaS management platform that automatically discovers, tracks, and optimizes your organization's software subscriptions. By integrating with Microsoft 365, Coax analyzes email activity and SSO logs to give IT leaders complete visibility into their SaaS stack without manual audits, spreadsheets, or employee surveys. Automatic SaaS Discovery Most organizations don't know how many SaaS applications they're actually paying for. Coax solves this by scanning billing emails from 2,000+ known SaaS vendors to build a real-time inventory of every subscription in your environment. There's no manual data entry, no agents to install, and no employee disruption. Connect your Microsoft 365 account and Coax gets to work immediately, delivering a complete picture of your SaaS landscape within minutes. Shadow IT Visibility Unauthorized and unmanaged applications, shadow IT represent one of the biggest security and cost risks for growing companies. Coax surfaces every SaaS tool in use across your organization, including applications purchased outside of IT procurement. Security and IT teams gain the visibility they need to assess risk, enforce compliance, and consolidate redundant tools. Spend Optimization & License Management Coax automatically extracts cost data from invoices and billing emails, giving finance and IT teams a centralized view of SaaS spend. Identify unused licenses, duplicate subscriptions, and cost-saving opportunities backed by real usage evidence not estimates. Every savings recommendation is tied to concrete data, so you can confidently present ROI to leadership. SSO Activity Monitoring Track application usage patterns through Azure AD sign-in activity. Coax identifies which applications are actively used and which have gone dormant, helping you make informed decisions about renewals and right-sizing licenses. Privacy-First Architecture Coax is built with privacy at its core. Email content is analyzed in-memory and never stored only metadata like application names, costs, and billing dates are persisted. The platform is fully GDPR compliant with minimal data collection, right-to-erasure support, and automatic data retention policies. AI-Powered Offboarding Automation Coax Agents streamline employee offboarding by automatically revoking access across connected SaaS applications including Microsoft 365, Slack, and GitHub reducing security risk and saving hours of manual IT work per departure. Key Benefits: - Discover 100% of your SaaS subscriptions automatically - Eliminate shadow IT blind spots - Reduce SaaS spend with evidence-based optimization - Simplify license management and renewal decisions - Automate employee offboarding across platforms - Deploy in minutes with a single Microsoft 365 connection Coax is purpose-built for IT managers, CISOs, and finance leaders at companies running Microsoft 365 who need to take control of SaaS sprawl, reduce unnecessary spend, and strengthen their security posture all without adding operational overhead.
