Redii Reviews & Product Details

Redii is a global benefits platform that helps companies manage and provide employee benefits across countries, providers, and programs. Built for internationally distributed workforces, Redii gives HR, People Operations, and Total Rewards teams a centralized system for managing benefit plans, employee eligibility, enrollment, providers, costs, renewals, and reporting. Companies can use Redii to bring their existing benefit programs into one place while continuing to work with their current brokers, insurers, payroll providers, and local vendors. This gives benefits teams greater visibility into what is offered across their workforce, who is eligible and enrolled, how much programs cost, and where coverage or data gaps may exist. Alongside its benefits administration platform, Redii offers purpose-built benefit solutions for global teams, including international health insurance, international retirement plans, flexible employee rewards, and deferred compensation and phantom equity administration. These offerings allow employers to manage both existing third-party benefits and programs provided through Redii within the same platform. Redii is designed for companies ranging from growing organizations hiring internationally for the first time to large multinational employers managing complex benefits across numerous countries and employee populations. Key features and capabilities include: - Global benefits administration: Centralize benefit plans, providers, eligibility rules, employee enrollment, costs, documents, renewal dates, and other key program information across countries. - Eligibility and enrollment tracking: Understand which employees are eligible for each benefit, monitor participation and uptake, and maintain a consistent record of benefits across the organization. - Global reporting and visibility: Analyze benefit coverage, enrollment, costs, upcoming renewals, and workforce participation from a centralized dashboard rather than relying on disconnected spreadsheets and local systems. - International health insurance: Compare international health plan options with support from licensed advisors and manage enrollment, policy documents, premiums, and renewals through Redii. - International retirement benefits: Offer employer-sponsored international retirement plans for globally distributed employees, with configurable eligibility, contribution, matching, and vesting rules and access to institutional investment options. - Deferred compensation and phantom equity: Configure and administer deferred compensation and phantom equity programs, including participant eligibility, awards, vesting, elections, distributions, and ongoing plan administration. - Flexible employee rewards: Send rewards to employees globally through gift cards, prepaid cards, and charitable donation options for recognition, milestones, incentives, and other employee programs. - Flexible provider ecosystem: Continue working with existing brokers, insurers, payroll providers, and benefit vendors while using Redii as the central system for administration and reporting. Redii works with established financial services and benefits partners to support its international benefit offerings and provides implementation support to help employers configure programs, migrate benefit information, and onboard their workforce. Rather than forcing companies to replace their existing benefits ecosystem, Redii provides a central technology layer for managing increasingly complex global benefit programs. The result is less manual administration, better visibility across countries, and a more consistent benefits experience for employers and employees.
