The team at Redeye clearly all very knowledgeable and really know their stuff and have been helpful in building out new campaigns and using data to drive changes. The platform takes a bit of getting used to and is not massively intuitive and this is compounded by the training not being that great. In terms of building the actual emails it would be good to have drag and drop design as per other systems.
