What do you like best about RedEye?

I use RedEye primarily as a central repository for all our engineering drawings and technical documents. The biggest headache RedEye solved for us is version confusion, as we used to have multiple copies of the same engineering drawing floating around in emails and local folders. I like the search ability and mobile accessibility. Being able to find a specific drawing among thousands just in one click is so easy. The search ability is a lifesaver because it uses intelligent tagging, even if I don't remember the exact file name. The mobile accessibility is a game changer for my site visits. Instead of carrying heavy physical blueprints or having to wait until I get back to the office, I can pull up any engineering drawing on my tablet right where the work is happening. What do you dislike about RedEye?

We can easily configure SMS, Emails, Push notifications, and Direct emails and send the required data to the required group. An Option for more optimization.

We can easily include Google and Facebook targeting.

We can Analyse the reports of Push notifications and campaign details.

What do you like best about RedEye?

RedEye offered a consultative service from the start, I state service and not sale because I was never pressured into purchashing the product, they made no assumptions they were better than my existing platform. The delivery is very good, after 5 months I am having no major problems delivering to all domains. The customer support has been very good and every onboarding call was attended by 3 experts who could really tailor the system to my use.

I didnt have to do anything for the implementation which made this easy, it was not the quickest process, so if you are looking for a plug and play please be aware of this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RedEye?

I am used to a system where I control everything where as this appears to be quite rigid. I am by no means an expert user on this so I may have missed points, but because I send bulk mail to my database I like to throttle the sending speed manually which I can't do and also segmenting domains can be a bit laborious. I would also like a function where I can set how many emails are being sent that day rather than create new email splits each time.

There might be a way of seeing this that I do not know, but I can not see how the live send is performing in terms of delivery or performance which would be useful to know because I could pause the send or alter the message depending on the engagement Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about RedEye?

The team at redeye are very helpful and quick to respond. The implementation team really take the time to get to know your business and what the requirements are, from here they create a implementation plan for you. Once set up i have found the system easy to use and the functionality is intuitive. The integration of data was easy and this is automatic. The system within our business is used every day and is key to generating sales. We have a dedicated Customer Success Manager who is quick to respond to any queries, knowledgeable and regularly checks in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RedEye?

The system has and is so helpful to us however one area for me is the need to create a text version and HTML version it would be much easier if this was automatic Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Redeye is fairly simple to use once you get used to its wide range of options and tools available and can handle a large load of data, which is perfect for many businesses like JD, as they're massive companies with a large number of customers whose data needs to be looked at to improve the company, along with many employees specialised in different fields. What do you dislike about RedEye?

Redeye may be a little bit overwhelming when first starting, as it takes some getting used to, but gets fairly easy once you have some guidance from other people. Redeye could maybe make it a little more user friendly by including a short starter intro with some tutorials and some easily accessible tutorials for certain tools/tasks as some things are not explained well or in proper detail.
