BIMI application and deployment was on rails. **What do you dislike about Red Sift OnDMARC?** Depending on your spam filtering setup, if emails are being delivered via ARC, OnDMARc cannot see this, and may present this as failures. For anything that you don't understand, their support staff will assist and guide you through what's good, what's bad and what to look out for and what not to worry about. They truly are leaders in their space. The innovation being driven through their entire platform, is quite extraordinary, with features that no one else is offering yet, but they have. When you couple that with their account managers and technical people, it really is something that just delivers a stress free service. Meetings were punctually attended, information from Red Sift was accurate and concise, roadmaps for feature enhancements were demonstrated, feedback was continually sought so they could improve their service and deliver even more SMTP based goodness into your infrastructure. It really is one of those rare IT moments, where after everything has been implemented and its all working, you think to yourself "well that was a lot easier than I was expecting". Literally nothing. If I had to say something, it would be that they didn't give me the winning Lottery numbers this week, or why don't they know where all the Bic Biro's go in the world? but the product and the people I cannot fault so I'm not going to start making up pedantry items to make a more fair and balanced argument. If that happens emails will either get lost or won't be validated as expected. Working with the RedSift team was easy, the configuration an validation was managed very efficiently, in such a friently and helpful manner. They then let the ssytem run for a couple of weeks to check all is good and help you lock down your domian(s) for full DMARC compliance when there is enough data to be certain only messages from your sources are delivered safely and messages from bad actors are never able to tarnish your brand. Fact is that most people can't be bothered to undestand how to correctly configure, monitor and manage this whole mess. I like that OnDMARC has everything in one place. I like they will show you suggestions for things that are missing. I like their testing and monitoring tools. I like that their documentaion makes sense and support not only replies but will get on chat/call with you to resolve the issue. Their support appears to also know what they are talking about, those days it's less and less common.
