It was very easy adding SPF, DKIM records and moving DMARC to 100% Reject. We had support from Red Sift all the way. **What do you dislike about Red Sift OnDMARC?** Sometimes the dashboard is misleading, i had moved a domain to reject 50% and the dashboard didn't reflect that. but customer support fixed that very quickly **What problems is Red Sift OnDMARC solving and how is that benefiting you?** Securing our domains to bring them up to 100% Reject ### 43. Their customer support is very responsive and knowledgeable. We were able to set our DMARC to reject very quickly. Its dynamic service helps us to overcome our SPF lookup limit issue and makes looking after our SPF and DKIM records simpler. They also made deploying BIMI and VMC very easy. Lastly, our account manager Lucy is helpful and always responsive to our queries. **What do you dislike about Red Sift OnDMARC?** I found nothing to dislike after using it for 4 years. **What problems is Red Sift OnDMARC solving and how is that benefiting you?** Resolve our SPF lookup limit issue. When looking at DMARC policies for instance, you can quickly check the domain status and for domains which are in passive mode you can check what email traffic has been observed and whether it is compliant with just a few clicks. Support has also been very quick to assist where needed and is happy to arrange times to do health checks and discuss next steps for increasing the security posture of managed domains. **What do you dislike about Red Sift OnDMARC?** I don't really have anything negative to say. I have enjoyed using the product and have not really bumped into any major issues. **What problems is Red Sift OnDMARC solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use it for managing DMARC status on our domains. It benefits us because it gives us a holistic overview of which domains are in which DMARC status, and also lets us add legacy/lookalike domains just to park them in dmarc reject. ### 49.
