Admin, data cleanliness, and note-taking during candidate interviews have always been a challenge (which I’m sure isn’t unique to us as a recruitment agency!). We’d been looking for a solution that automatically ingests all of our notes into JobAdder seamlessly, whether the interview is in person, over the phone, or on a video call. As someone who is terrible at taking detailed notes what I like best about RecView is that it allows me to be fully present in candidate and client conversations without worrying about taking detailed notes at the same time. The recordings, transcripts and structured summaries capture the important detail accurately and give me something reliable to refer back to when writing candidate reports, extracting key information from job briefs or managing complex senior assignments.

I also really value the booking-link feature. It makes scheduling much easier, helps avoid unnecessary back-and-forth, and ensures meetings are connected to the right workflow from the outset.

There has been the occasional issue with recordings or transcripts not appearing where expected.

That said, these issues have been relatively limited, and the support from John and the team has been exceptional whenever they have occurred. They have been responsive, investigated problems quickly, recovered missing information where possible and used the feedback to improve the platform. I really find RecView.ai easy to use. It streamlines our processes, so we don't have to worry about taking notes manually. The ability to use different templates lets us work efficiently in getting jobs and candidates to market. The feature to record calls and have full transcripts is super valuable, and I love how it uploads seamlessly to our CRM. Also, using AI in the app to ask specific questions makes it easy to search when revisiting calls. Overall, it's a fantastic piece of kit that saves me a lot of time by having everything prepared quickly and accurately, without me relaying call information manually. I find it a bit cumbersome that I have to ask people for permission to record calls. It's not the fault of RecView.ai, it's a legal thing, but it would be easier if this wasn't an issue. It's a bit of a hassle, though we've only had one pushback about it. Also, there might be times when the call reviews that are added to our briefs could be a bit more concise and less wordy. It's something that could potentially be adjusted with some input to the AI or team behind the scenes, but I'm not quite sure how to go about it at the moment.
