I don’t leave reviews often, but RecurPost earned it.

It’s one of the rare tools that does exactly what it says: helps you stay visible—even when you’re off the grid.

Most tools in this space try to impress with features nobody asked for.

RecurPost doesn’t.

It’s clean, reliable, and actually useful.

If you care about real automation, long-term visibility, and showing up consistently without burning out—this is it.

I recommend it regularly to my audience.

If I had to nitpick, the dashboard could feel more modern / intuitive in a few spots (especially for first-time users).

Some menu paths take an extra click or two, which is [mildly] annoying, but once you understand the flow, it’s fine.

Also, I’d love to see better “smart” suggestions for content reuse—but that’s a double edged sword because if they did that, lots of writers would be out of work (that said, it’s still an underrated edge they could double down on).

I like how easily RecurPost simplifies my social media management. The user interface is really easy, allowing me to act fast. Their support is incredible. No bots - always real people who are there to troubleshoot in the moment 99% of the time, if not, within 12 hours of your question. I've been using RecurPost for years. I've tried LOTS of other social media scheduling softwares and this one by far out performs them all. I love the calendar view and how easy it is to post to multiple platforms at once. Add to that the analytics, messaging and history view and it has everything I need. Before implementing RecurPost, managing our social media accounts on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and Google My Business was chaotic and inconsistent. With RecurPost it has become more disciplined and structured - we schedule posts upfront and the software chooses the optimum time to post. Using custom fields and messages we can keep our content original and authentic. We like that it can also respond to reviews on our behalf.
