RecruitLite AI Reviews & Product Details

RecruitLite AI is an applicant tracking system designed to run entirely on a company’s own servers rather than in a vendor’s cloud. It covers the full hiring pipeline, from sourcing through offer: candidates apply through the hiring company’s own public careers page, resumes are screened using AI-assisted parsing, and open roles are matched to candidates using semantic matching rather than simple keyword search. Recruiters and hiring managers move candidates through the pipeline, schedule interviews, and manage offers and compensation details in one system, with hiring and pipeline analytics available for reporting. Because candidate data, including resumes and compensation information, never leaves the deploying company’s own infrastructure, the product is positioned for organizations in regulated or privacy-sensitive markets — particularly those subject to India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act — that want a stronger data-residency position than a cloud-hosted ATS can offer. Field-level access control restricts who can see compensation data, so not every user with a login can see every candidate’s salary information. Installation is handled through an installer that automatically provisions a lightweight, open-source container runtime in the background; no separate container-platform account, license, or manual configuration is required. Licensing is seat-based, counted by active users only — a deactivated, locked, pending, or suspended account does not count against the seat total. The minimum licensed seat count is five. A 30-day trial with unlimited users is available, with every core feature unlocked and no sales conversation required to start it. The product is built by North19 Technologies, a Mumbai, India-based company that builds on-premise business software for small and mid-sized companies that prefer to own their software outright rather than run it as a subscription in someone else’s cloud.
