This is genuinely one of the easiest teams I’ve worked with when it comes to career site management. They’ve been strong thought partners as we look for ways to increase traffic to our site and better promote opportunities to join our company. They not only provide helpful analytics, but also take the time to walk through the results with us during our regular calls. The Recruit Rooster team is also very responsive to questions and day-to-day needs. Small requests, like quick text changes, are typically completed the same day and they don’t nickel-and-dime us every time Legal requires text updates. We utilize several of their products, and the value they bring goes well beyond the technology. Their team takes the time to understand our business, our recruiting challenges, and our brand, and they consistently bring ideas and recommendations to the table. One of my favorite projects has been our Day in the Life video. Recruit Rooster did a phenomenal job capturing what it’s really like to be a hospice nurse. The finished product was so impactful that the video went on to win a MUSE Award! We were so pleased with the results that we’ve signed up to create two additional Day in the Life videos focused on Leadership and Business Development roles. We also utilize their Career Site, and they are constantly providing recommendations on ways to improve the candidate experience and keep up with industry trends. Their team doesn’t just maintain the site—they are always thinking about what we can do next to make it better. Through Talent Attract, we’re able to incorporate video content directly into our job postings, helping candidates get a better feel for our culture and the roles we’re hiring for. And I have to give a special shout-out to Layla, Sierra, and Seth. They are fantastic!
