The best part of this product is that all the claims and documentation can be done online, best used for asset condition management, claims management, and analytics for vehicles rentals. The part to dislike is the uploading of videos or photos on the platform as it might take a lot of time and still be on the cloud itself; another thing is the clarity of the video and picture, which might lead to rejection of claim if not clicked or recorded properly.
