Recepta Reviews & Product Details

Recepta is an AI phone receptionist built for busy service businesses like HVAC, plumbing, electrical, cleaning, and other home services. When a customer calls, Recepta picks up instantly, day or night, weekends and holidays included, so a missed call never turns into a lost job. On every call it does two things really well: it answers common questions about your business (hours, services, pricing, service area, policies) and it books appointments, capturing the caller's name, number, and preferred time. The moment a booking is made it lands in your calendar. After every call you get a full transcript and a short summary by email, so no request is ever lost. Setup takes about two minutes and every account starts with a free 3-day trial. Plans start at $149/month and include a phone number.
