Rebate Check Reviews & Product Details

Rebate Check helps distributors and wholesalers compare supplier rebates calculated from their agreements with the amounts received. Buyers enter their rebate rules, load purchase and receipt files, and review results by supplier with the purchases included in each calculation. It supports flat percentages, spend tiers applied to all eligible purchases or separately by band, product group rules and growth rebates. For agreements still running, it shows progress towards the next tier and the additional purchases needed to reach it. For completed periods, it can draft an editable claim letter for the buyer to check and send. Differences are for review with the supplier and do not establish that money is owed. Rebate Check reads Excel .xlsx and CSV files, offers HTML and CSV reports, and includes a fictional example. It runs in a modern browser or a Windows app. Files are read on the buyer's computer and are not uploaded. English and Japanese editions are available. The English edition costs US$149 once for one organisation; the Japanese edition costs ¥19,800 once. Includes a 30-day money-back guarantee. The free trial supports three supplier agreements and purchase/receipt files up to 50,000 rows, with no time limit.
