What do you like best about REALQualified?

HA! I was drawn to the company because they guaranteed 11 leads in the timeframe we contracted. They promised that if they could not provide the 11 leads then the cost was fully refundable. They even gave me this in writing but it was easily denied by their own stats of how many calls were answered. Guaranteed leads is a lie- they make calls and if no one answers- it voids their guarantee. SO CROOKED! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. You will regret your alignment with this company and will NOT get results. From 11 leads guaranteed for $8000- Our company received two clients to call-- one that was actually a competitor and one that may become a client in some 5 years or more timeline. As for getting the rest of the leads guaranteed- The company said they filled their obligation and are not responsible to honor their guarantee because they did not have enough of their phone calls answered! $8000 for one potential lead that is a minimum of 5 years out. What problems is REALQualified solving and how is that benefiting you?

REALQualified sales personnel and their contract will guarantee you a specified number of leads during your paid agreement with them. They will not reply to your concerns of lack of leads until your contract is complete. Once your contract is complete, they will let you know that they cannot uphold their guarantee of leads because not enough of the phone calls they made were actually answered! Yes, you read that correctly. Their own stats of what percentage of calls were answered that they made---- negates what they put in writing as a guarantee of leads! Stay FAR AWAY from this company. Contract law means nothing to them and you will loose a lot of money, time and energy trying to get them to hold up to their agreed leads or refund your money. Exhausting, dishonest and clearly a scam. This is not the lead generation system that they advertise that they are nor is it a company you want to associate your business with! What problems is REALQualified solving and how is that benefiting you?

Hired this business to provide leads and after 6 months, they proved to be worthless. I reached out several times, asking for help wit rectifying the situation and coming to a resolution. Have emails from the CEO asking for good reviews if he could help the situation, and then he ghosted. I imagine that any good reviews they have are either fake or paid for. It's a shame. They have NOT PERFORMED and have NOT KEPT their full agreement. If they can prove me wrong here I will GLADLY remove or amend this review. ZERO GUARANTEED APPOINTMENTS. If you need seller leads I would highly suggest you do your research but certainly look into REALQualified's lead system platform. You will be happy with the results. "Exceptional service with real and reputable callers who speak fluent English"

Describe the project or task REALQualified helped with:

I have been working with REALQualified for over a year. I signed up for their circle prospecting services. I gave them a listing I had recently sold and with their software they were able to pull 1,000 homeowners around that listing. From there, they call those people with a script they designed (with some input from me to personalize it). A lot of companies will outsource their calls but I was able to meet my dialing team of Nick & Kaitlyn on the onboarding call. They are all based in Toronto, Canada and are absolutely fantastic to deal with. Within the first month I had a listing close and pay for the service! Since then I have had the pleasure of working with and selling the homes of 8 more people in my area. If you're hesitant, just do it. "Really Liked Their Personalized Calling Program"

I hired RealQualified to call my local prospects using their Circle prospecting program and get me booked appointments with qualified leads Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about REALQualified?

The fact that people calling my leads have marketing knowledge and local market knowledge. They understood my needs to come up with a personalized script and a plan to call my prospects. It was a 2 step effort where they would call and qualify my leads based on some criteria I gave them. Next, they would set up a follow-up call with me and I took it from there. I've been using REALQualified for almost 2 years and each year my ROI has been 5-6x. Every time I have a pipeline of leads, I use them to pre-qualify my leads book them in my calendar. It's all about building the human connection and what they do is very simple and back to basics: in this age, all the tech and AI followup bots just don't seem to work with my demographic and target audience. "The best company i have ever used"

I have REALQualified calling around a recently sold listing in my neighborhood. The property sold for 15% above asking in 24 hours so I figured if I could let other people know about that, there have to be a few people who would be open to having me help them do the same. That being said I obviously don't have the time (or desire) to do that on my own. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about REALQualified?

I've used a few other ISA services in the past. Even though they were a lot cheaper, the calls were being outsourced so the quality of both the call and the leads were low. I like that their calls are all made in-house. I like that I have the call recordings on hand for the appointments that they set so I can prepare ahead of time. What do you dislike about REALQualified?

I can't think of much. The only thing I could say is that the first listing took a few weeks to come my way but that's understandable since it's mainly cold calling. Having built my business around cold calling in the past, I know how it goes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
