HA! I was drawn to the company because they guaranteed 11 leads in the timeframe we contracted. They promised that if they could not provide the 11 leads then the cost was fully refundable. They even gave me this in writing but it was easily denied by their own stats of how many calls were answered. Guaranteed leads is a lie- they make calls and if no one answers- it voids their guarantee. SO CROOKED!
