# ¿When are going to launch improvements in CRM fuctionality?

Better implementation like salesforce, in CRM. The actual CRM its really basics.

Hi Ricardo, Thanks for your question! We are currently working through improving our CRM functionality and have been undergoing User Testing and Feedback to ensure we are building a platform that our clients love. We will begin making improvements to the CRM starting in 2020. If you have specific requests, you can put in a feature request with your Relationship Manager and we will do our best to accommodate if possible!
