I think they are the best in the market right now. **What do you dislike about RealityMine?** Since their products are advanced, they are also prone to some bugs. Also, their products are rigid; they do not accept any recommendations for any changes in their products. **What problems is RealityMine solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have requirements to capture respondents' online shopping behavior. Using RealityMine products, we can achieve this. We use this data in conjunction with data collected from other sources to give our clients a comprehensive review of people's shopping behavior. ### 2. Any new challenge we have, they have the best solutions to overcome them. Any mess that we do, they help us their best to overcome them even though it was not their fault. **What do you dislike about RealityMine?** I don't dislike anything about them. It has been a very pleasant experience working with them and I know they will continue to give their best in the future as well. **Recommendations to others considering RealityMine:** We were looking for a good partner to record online respondents' behavior and we are happy that we found RealityMine as our partner. I definitely recommend others as well to go with RealityMine for your business needs. **What problems is RealityMine solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use RealityMeter from RealityMine. It is an app we use to track the user's online shopping behavior. We get this data from RealityMine in a secure way on daily basis. We use this data in conjunction with other form of datasets that we collect periodically. The main benefit is that it gives a comprehensive understanding of respondents online shopping behavior. ### 3. You can set it up quickly, and it gives you real-time updates. **What do you dislike about RealityMine?** I believe working with RealityMine is a bit on the expensive side. However, I do understand with the features they offer they are always going to be a bit more expensive than their competitors. **What problems is RealityMine solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had technical challenges with a previous vendor. And the previous vendor was also unprofessional. However, Realitymine is exactly what we needed. We needed data on users' shopping behavior and we get this irrespective of the respondent's device. ### 4. The VP was very pleased with it. Training was straightforward...it's intuitive. I was able to measure more accurately with my team and clients! I love the multiple platforms for mobility.
