I really like the clear insight features of ReadingMinds. They help me quickly identify patterns in areas like service quality, housekeeping, dining, and overall guest satisfaction across our multiple properties, something that wouldn't be possible manually. What do you dislike about ReadingMinds?

I wish ReadingMinds had a canvas like Power BI so I could customize the bar graphs and charts to show property-wise trends. Better integration with our Property Management System (PMS) and existing CRM system would be great, along with automated alerts for negative guest feedback. What do you like best about ReadingMinds?

It’s simple and easy to use, and it feels natural when I’m scheduling research probes. It helps me get to the “why” quickly and makes the whole process feel seamless.
