**What do you like best about ReadingMinds?**

I like the flexibility of ReadingMinds because the AI-powered interviews allow me to complete them whenever I feel ready, without the stress of a scheduled live meeting. I also appreciate how responsive the AI is during the interviews. It feels like it follows the flow of my conversation instead of just asking set questions. The initial setup was super easy for me.

**What do you dislike about ReadingMinds?**

One thing that could be improved is how the AI handles natural accents and everyday language you know since I'm a person lol and not a robot I don't always speak in perfect formal sentences des sometimes we use slang or make minor grammatical mistakes that are totally normal in a conversation but I felt a bit worried that the AI might misunderstand me or lower my score because of it like It would be better if the system was more forgiving I think with different accents and focused more on the meaning of what I’m saying rather than just looking for perfect grammar

I use ReadingMinds for flexible interviews, saving time with no scheduling hassles. It allows me to respond anytime before the deadline and enjoy a conversational AI that follows my flow.
