**What do you like best about ReachRobin?**

The ease of use is the real deal. Setting up an outreach campaign with multiple sequences, multiple channels (email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp), and embedded AI-suggested messages; it takes minutes, and the interface never gets in your way. We onboarded without any training. I also want to credit the team's responsiveness: I've reported quite a few issues as a heavy user, and a large share of them were fixed quickly. That pace of improvement matters more to me than a product that's frozen but"stable."

**What do you dislike about ReachRobin?**

The statistics and reporting side isn't fully intuitive yet, occasionally the numbers in the performance charts don't line up with what I see in the leads table, so I end up double-checking rather than trusting the dashboard at a glance. Being an actively developed product, there are also rough edges: error messages that are sometimes misleading (an action reports failure when it actually succeeded, tempting you to retry and create duplicates), and importing the same lead list twice can produce duplicate enrollments. None of these have been dealbreakers, but they cost some time.

**What problems is ReachRobin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use ReachRobin to run outbound lead generation and sales outreach across multiple channels from a single place. Before, coordinating email sequences, LinkedIn connection requests, and WhatsApp follow-ups meant juggling separate tools and manually tracking who was at which step. ReachRobin consolidates that into one sequence per campaign, handles lead enrichment automatically, and uses AI to draft contextual follow-ups when a prospect responds or accepts a connection. The result is more consistent outreach with much less manual coordination, one person, which is me, can now run campaigns that previously required constant hands-on attention.

**What do you like best about ReachRobin?**

It is quite intuitive to use overall, and the prospecting works well. The information ReachRobin finds about my leads has been pretty accurate. The AI recommended messages don't need much edit, and I got a good reply rate so far. Support team is responsive and actually answers my questions, which I appreciate.

**What do you dislike about ReachRobin?**

The price is pretty high and there is no free trial available. The workflow takes some time to get used to: to set up steps in the outreach sequence, you don't do it while setting up a campaign, you do it when setting up your brand. Then the steps are included in the campaign, when the brand is applied to the campaign.

**What problems is ReachRobin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using ReachRobin, we were struggling to nail down the right ICP for our product. Our team was manually researching and finding prospects on LinkedIn one by one, but even then the reply rate was lower than we wanted. 
Now we can describe our target audience  or paste a LinkedIn search URL, and ReachRobin does prospecting and qualification for us. This cut our lead sourcing time quite a bit, since we're no longer manually searching and cross-checking profiles.

**What do you like best about ReachRobin?**

It's quite organized and easy to use. I can save around 1 hour per day, avoiding mundane tasks like answering generic messages all day. The team is very supportive whenever I have questions.

**What do you dislike about ReachRobin?**

The only thing that I didn't like very much is that it only helps outreach in LinkedIn, emails, and Whatsapp. I hope that the team can expand to more platforms.

It helps me save time doing outreach on LinkedIn
