I purchased the most expensive package expecting a one-to-one meeting for guidance, but it never happened. The video creation process was incredibly slow, taking over ten minutes for a simple script, and I couldn't produce even a single video. There was no Zapier integration as promised, and the system's internal setup was confusing. When I tried to book an expert appointment, it redirected me to Etsy rather than a proper scheduling system, which feels like a scam. The platform didn't support my work in any way, failed to create videos or allow voice inputs, and couldn't generate avatars as advertised. Overall, I regret spending so much money as the features didn't work as expected. **What problems is ReachOut.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** ReachOut.AI did not support me at all. I used ReachOut.AI to do this. Once people received the "thank you" video my opt ins for booked calls to buy more of my services increased over 100%. I collected over $12,000 in cash within a week of starting to use ReachOut.AI and those sales were directly attributed to the thank you video. ReachOut.AI is very easy to set up and use. I did run into a problem where certain videos would not work on the platform I was using but the support team went out of their way to fix the problem for me. They had at least three different people working on solving the issue until it was fixed. I can't say enough great things about the support team! This service is a complete game changer for my business and I'm happy to recommend it to anyone looking for an AI custom solution that can do what I explained and a lot more! **What do you dislike about ReachOut.AI?** Nothing at all! I know video is such a powerful, attention getting tool especially when personalized. But creating them was just so time consuming... Along came ReachOut.ai to the rescue! With ReachOut.ai my email stands out in their inbox with the thumbnail. The Avatar grabs their attention and makes a personal intro with the prospect's own Linkedin profile or website scrolling in the background. Then I can transition into a pre-recorded video of myself talking on or off camera. I just love how versatile the platform is and how many creative ways there are to use it. Just today I had a glitch in my account and the screen kept disappearing. I sent an email and someone named John answered me almost immediately. Little did I know that it was the owner of the company himself! He got on a Zoom call with me and the developer who was able to identify and fix the problem within minutes. Then John gave me a demo of the B2B lead search feature and helped me find my target market in real time. He was super generous and helpful and he showed how much he cares about his customers! **What do you dislike about ReachOut.AI?** Nothing to dislike. The Avatars are a bit robotic sounding, but I'm not looking for perfection in that area. The point is to use the Avatar to grab attention so I can have a chance to have my message actually heard. And attention is the most precious commodity today. **What problems is ReachOut.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's helping me get more emails opened by helping me stand out in the inbox. It also saves me time by allowing me to make videos at scale, find prospects and send emails all on one platform. ### 5. Jumped right in and started testing it. And I was stunned - it actually worked really well right out of the box! What does it do? It creates little text-to-speech videos (or just audio if you prefer) based on the script you give it. Cool feature: it allows you to use variables to personalize your video! And *why* is that cool? Because I can then use the personalized thumbnail (or an animated GIF from the video) to embed into my email campaigns or into a landing page - thus allowing me to create virtually unlimited personalized landing pages for my prospects and clients. Note that, despite all the personalization features, I'm actually also leveraging the videos created by ReachOut for use in social media posts. I've even used it to generate mid-length YouTube videos, using third-party video editing tools. I really like tools like this one, that under promise and then way over deliver. Updated to give this an extra point: The owner and the team have been super responsive - they are active in the ROAI Facebook group and they have delivered several updates to the software even in the midst of a huge promo they're doing. I'm looking forward to some really fun times with ROAI. **What do you dislike about ReachOut.AI?** - The lip sync isn't quite natural. - The "expressions" are limited to an occasional raising of the eyebrows. - The speech sounds a bit robotic. - Not all the AI avatars are available in full-body format. Many are just talking heads. <- This isn't an issue for me, as I normally default to talking head videos, anyway. And yet, these actually (in *my* opinion) may be a good thing: I have no desire to create deep fakes. All I'm doing is trying to get my content and my emails to stand out from the rest of the information overload that my prospects and clients need to wade through every day. I know that as the tech improves, these AI avatars will also improve and look and sound more natural. It's my hope that we'll still be able to clearly be "non human". **What problems is ReachOut.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** My business relies on a mixture of cold outreach and social media content creation to keep the pipeline full. My prospects are naturally time- and attention-challenged (as are most of us these days). ReachOut helps my communications stand out from the noise. It's improving my open rates and my CTR has increased. It's also given me a new way to create videos for YouTube and other social media platforms. And I've just started offering "enhanced email marketing with AI" to my clients - featuring ... persoalized videos for their own prospecting. ### 6.
