**What do you like best about REACH Media Network?**

What I like best about Reach Media Network is how easy it is to keep everyone connected. Since we are a manufacturing facility our office employees and production employees are on opposite sides of the building and we don't always get to see or talk to everyone throughout the day. Having the lobby TV gives us a way to recognize employees celebrate birthdays and anniversaries share important updates and post fun content that gets people talking. We do things like holiday videos man on the street interviews fun marketing videos with music and reminders about payroll or upcoming events. It helps make the mornings a little more exciting and gives employees something to look forward to when they walk in. It has become a really fun way to communicate across the whole company while helping everyone feel included.

**What do you dislike about REACH Media Network?**

Honestly there is not much to dislike. It has been easy to manage and gives us a great way to keep everyone connected across both of our facilities. If I had to pick something it would be nice to have even more customization options and interactive features to make the displays even more engaging. Overall it has been a great tool for sharing company news reminders event recaps and fun marketing videos that keep everyone in the loop.

**What problems is REACH Media Network solving and how is that benefiting you?**

REACH helps bridge the gap between departments and even between our two facilities. Our production team is on the other side of the building so we do not always get to interact with everyone day to day. The lobby board gives us a way to share company news reminders trade show recaps employee events holidays payroll dates and fun marketing videos that keep everyone in the loop. It helps people feel connected to what is happening across the company and gives employees a chance to see themselves featured which always gets people talking. It has become a great way to recognize our teams keep communication flowing and make the workplace feel more engaging.

**What do you like best about REACH Media Network?**

The Support.  Reach Media worked with us through the lenghty evaluation phase and the vetting of the equpment on our network that took months.  any questions or concerns from our IT department and Chief Risk officer was addressed in detail.  The support was amazing.
After sales support has been great.  end user questions can be directly addressed or my department send in the request for them. 
Training is a simple click of a link and pick a tiem for new users.  No, or little, responsibility on our end.

**What do you dislike about REACH Media Network?**

I still find there are too many steps for the end user to post content to the screens.   And that is some of the feedback I get from our users

**What problems is REACH Media Network solving and how is that benefiting you?**

i have nothing really oustanding to be solved.  There are some features I would like changeed.   One being the user name is not displayed correctly in the Media Library.  Would like some way of seeing who post the Media to the signs.

**What do you like best about REACH Media Network?**

I find REACH Media Network to be an easy software to use, which is really important for me. I appreciate the many features it offers and the great functionality that allows me to work efficiently. The fast uploads of files save me a lot of time, and I really value the ability to adjust time and durations as needed. Removing files is very easy, which is always a plus, and overall, this software helps me manage my time better.

**What do you dislike about REACH Media Network?**

The only thing that would need to be improved is if we can use the large preview icon and see all slides instead of closing and opening to view different attachments/slides.

**What problems is REACH Media Network solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use REACH Media Network for posting announcements, which helps communicate efficiently with over 100 people. The easy-to-use software saves time and effort with fast uploads, adjustable times, and quick file removal, making it great for managing my busy day.

**What do you like best about REACH Media Network?**

The initial setup went smoothly, and the tutorials were very helpful. They also share information about updates and have asked for feedback. I appreciate that they’re actively seeking customer opinions on upcoming features, which is really helpful. I can log in just once or twice a week and schedule everything without any hassle. They also recently added a cool feature with special content from the Olympics.

**What do you dislike about REACH Media Network?**

The basic programming was easy to follow, but since I’m not trained in CSS, I did run into some issues with the more complex layouts. There have been a few minor glitches along the way, but nothing too inconvenient. When I have questions or run into problems, I usually get prompt attention, although there are times when communication isn’t as clear as it could be.

**Recommendations to others considering REACH Media Network:**

Watch the tutorials and ask the questions. They are very responsive.

**What problems is REACH Media Network solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously, we relied on a bulletin board covered in printouts that took a lot of time to update and quickly became outdated. With REACH signage, we can share current, up-to-date information with our employees whenever we need to. It’s very easy to make changes and keep everyone informed without the hassle of constantly replacing paper notices.

Not really an issue but perhaps the lack of built in reminders to clear or stop posts when they are running for a long period. This notification timing could be set by the user and act as a good reminder to review what is active on screen.

General advertising for events within our facility and in community. It helps keep folks informed...especially those sitting in our waiting rooms looking at the information while they wait for their appointments.

I find REACH Media Network incredibly handy for managing both school and church communications. It's easy to use and allows us to send messages seamlessly to different locations, like showing them on monitors in the church commons area. I especially appreciate its flexibility, as I can quickly correct and update messages that appear on screens in seconds. Scheduling is a breeze too, allowing me to ensure graphics and videos display at the right times, even if I'm not there on weekends. The system's responsiveness to different situations at the church is a big plus for me. It's simple enough for anyone to figure out, and I value the ease with which I can work with the scheduling features for events like funerals, where I can ensure specific content displays without overlap or unnecessary duration.

I wish there were a way to speed up the "preview"

**What do you like best about REACH Media Network?**

I use REACH Media Network at work for messaging to our manufacturing workforce that isn't in front of a computer during their shifts. REACH allows us to reach employees on the floor, in control rooms, break rooms, and wherever needed. It's very easy to use and not a complicated system to learn. Pairing REACH with Canva makes messaging easy, even though I'm no graphic artist. What has really impressed me is REACH's reliability. When there's a power outage or a television monitor is turned off, REACH comes back up and works with no reset needed. Plus, if you do need to reset a device, you can do it from your computer. I'm sold on REACH and highly recommend it to anyone.

Nothing. It's great!

**What do you like best about REACH Media Network?**

I love the visual display options it provides for our school. I use it every day—sometimes multiple times a day—to share school content about upcoming events, past events, and other important information for students, staff, and the community. Customer support is also great and always responds quickly whenever we have issues with our screens.

**What do you dislike about REACH Media Network?**

There are several “clicks” required to upload new media. I’ll also admit there are elements I have to play around with to fully understand, and I’m sure there are additional features I’m not yet well-versed in. I just wish the layout, buttons, and overall features were more user-friendly for those of us who aren’t the best with tech-savvy terms. Sometimes the Display screen doesn't load right away.

I'm not aware of specific issues that they are working to solve or make better at this time. I know they were running a beta version of a new operational layout of the website but haven't seen that put into place yet.

It’s super easy to upload and post content, and it looks very visually appealing. I use it weekly to share updates with students at our college. Overall, it’s very easy to use, feels effortless, and saves me a ton of time.

**What do you dislike about REACH Media Network?**

Honestly, I don’t have any downsides to using it!

**What problems is REACH Media Network solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It saves me time because I don’t have to print and constantly update traditional bulletin boards. I can also post a ton of items compared to a traditional bulletin board, which makes it much easier to keep everything in one place. I love the flexibility of being able to schedule when things go up, preplan posts ahead of time, and have older items automatically fall off once they’re done.

So easy to add media and creative options. Very easy to rearrange media on the playlists. Our residents love all the notices and information up on the bulletin boards.

**What do you dislike about REACH Media Network?**

The only downside is that it's a little hard to work with using my iPad if I'm in a pinch and don't have my laptop. Some of the tutorials are too long.

Getting info to our residents.  We save so much paper, by not having paper notices up on bulletin boards.  Saves time also.  Our monitors are by the elevators so our residents read the info while they wait

I use REACH Media Network to display menus and marketing to our clients and guests. It works well pulling data from our existing systems, allowing local programming for displays. It's great that REACH can pull from our nutritional menu recipe site and display that information to our guests. The initial setup of REACH was very easy, as they took care of everything. Initially, it seemed hard to use, but after working with our account representative, I now feel confident in using and customizing the system for our operation.

I am able to easily make changes as we have multiple devices. I can easily upload media and make changes with no hassles. We have had no issues with it. Teaching people how to use it is very easy and makes it that much more of a valuable tool. Set-up is very easy. If I have any questions customer support is great and they respond fast.

**What do you dislike about REACH Media Network?**

Nothing so far! I have been using it without issue for 3 years!

Easy to setup. Easy to use. Make changes on the fly.
No need to set-up computers, can be managed from portal.
If you want to use your own computers, set-up is super easy.

**What do you like best about REACH Media Network?**

I love the storage capacity of REACH Media Network, which is amazing for me as a media director because I use a lot of high-resolution photos and moving imagery, which take up a lot of space. I have the room I need to share all my content without any issues. I also like that I can control the televisions and make communication specific to whichever location needs it. It's great for managing events at just one location without needing to publish across all monitors. Additionally, setting up REACH Media Network was pretty easy for us. Our IT person worked with the help desk, and the liaison was super accessible, helping us with any questions we had. The setup process was seamless.

**What do you dislike about REACH Media Network?**

I'm not sure if this is a REACH issue or if this is internal, but sometimes it feels like it's laggy. So it might be only as good as the WiFi bandwidth that you have at wherever you're using it. But other than that, it's a 10 out of 10. I love it.

**What problems is REACH Media Network solving and how is that benefiting you?**

REACH Media Network streamlines communication for those without email access, enhancing awareness. As a media director, I appreciate its storage capacity for high-resolution photos and videos, and the ability to control content visibility across locations.

I find content and player management with REACH Media Network easy, thanks to the configurable playlists and the ability to set expiration dates and times for content. The initial setup process was a breeze, making it simple to get started.

**What do you dislike about REACH Media Network?**

We had purchased and described because of the integration with Canva. Now that it's gone, we cannot be as efficient as before. Get Canva integration back.

I use REACH Media Network to display content for resort events and more, reaching our guests in a different way.

**What do you like best about REACH Media Network?**

I like the ability to manage a large network of displays, I like the ease of uploading assets and customize individual screens if needed.  I like the output of and the options available to tailor the templates for display.

**What do you dislike about REACH Media Network?**

The interface is a little buggy still. I have run into screens that won't let me back out of or move forward in if I don't do everything a certain way.  I often have to exit out the interface log back in when that happens.  I think some features just aren't intuitive enough to know how to use them, it would be nice if a help feature could be accessed on certain features, I think sometimes some of the features feel like they are not clearly separated enough for a newer user to understand what is what.

**What problems is REACH Media Network solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the problem of regularly updating information from a variety of different of locations but similar enough that there are come elements to manage but flexible enough to allow a bit of customization for each location.

**What do you like best about REACH Media Network?**

I find REACH Media Network incredibly easy to use, which is vital for efficiently managing employee announcements such as promotions and company events. It allows us to communicate with a large number of employees who may not have access to their email, reaching those in the warehouse and production floor directly. What stands out the most is the excellent customer service. Whenever I have a question or face challenges, especially when trying to add images, the customer service representatives are consistently helpful and friendly. Their support makes using the platform even more rewarding, and it inspires a lot of confidence in the software.

The media player interface is quite straightforward and easy to navigate. As with any new software, there is a bit of a learning curve, but after some experimentation, it becomes intuitive. The customized templates that Reach created for us were excellent—simple to implement and easy to build upon. The staff were consistently friendly and provided support throughout the entire onboarding process. Starting from scratch with these players was not difficult; they were simple enough to program and design, allowing us to have them up and running within just a couple of days, which amounted to only a few hours of actual work. Overall, these tools have been a welcome addition, integrating seamlessly into our marketing and advertising program. Reach Players are reliable machines that we use every day to serve both our customers and our staff.

There isn't anything that we disliked, unless wanting to learn the interface options all at once and quickly were an option but it can be as complex or as simple as you want to make it.

We now have a real-time, live message board for our drivers, allowing us to provide updates, current company news, and other valuable information directly to them. This has been so effective that we are adding another unit for a different division, so we can offer the same services and information to another group of employees. We regularly post photos, links to videos, informational materials, and more. The media players have truly become live billboards for information—billboards that are actually appealing and engaging to look at!

Being able to drag things around on the screen is really cool and gives us more freedom to create our ideal board. The live feed options like sport, weather and news is really, really cool.

The platform is easy to navigate, schedule graphics, and is one of the most affordable we found to match our needs. The ReachMedia team is very responsive too for any issues which I appreciate! They have a great onboarding experience to ensure you are comfortable with the dashboard but also available at any time after for help.

One of the downsides is a small issue but would be nice if it were an available feature is approving a graphic or message before it goes live. Currently anyone signed up as a user can post and that limits control as we want to ensure any image, message etc is on brand for the University first. (All messaging and designs flow through our marketing team to ensure brand guidelines are met.)
For this reason we decided to limit who can actually upload to the dashboard since there is not a built in approval first. For a smaller campus such as ours, this is not an issue but I could see it as a problem for a large campus with a hundred screens or more.

**What problems is REACH Media Network solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior we had TV screens connected to a single computer in the building it was located in. Typically there was 1 or 2 people who had access and they would display a powerpoint or a still image on the screen. It was not engaging and looked less than desirable for a higher learning campus.
ReachMedia allows us to control messaging and outreach from anywhere via the dashboard with minimal support needed on the TV screens. Not only does it leave a nice impression, the branded screens look great and can easily share upcoming events, messaging, while maintaining a professional look and feel.

There are two downsides. First, and this applies to all digital sign platforms, is the lack of metrics for readership. It's very hard to know what impact the signs are making. Second is the lack of accountability of my users to know who took what action. I want to know who specifically uploaded assets or changed a layout out.  We know all the users, but can't identify who took what action.

Reach gives us a global platform to reach employees in all our locations. We eliminated the need to ask favors of colleagues in these plants when we needed to post global content.  We can quickly and easily share a wide range of information, complemented by site specific information.

REACH is easy to use and integrate for simple signage solutions. If you're using standard apps and templates, you will find it very easy and cost effective to use. The customer support team is great at assisting with training and has a very quick response time. If you're looking for something easy to implement, cost effective, and easy for end users to use then this is great as long as you are not asking for complicated applications or connections.

**What do you dislike about REACH Media Network?**

REACH is not great for complicated integrations, such as various social media platforms. We've had issues with some of our socials. Also, the tiers for permissions are a lot fewer than we had expected. In order to separate permissions, you have to have different "facilities" for each set of permissions. That's complicated if you have a large facility with lots of different signs and permissions. There isn't a "per sign" option for permissions, or at least that we've been shown yet.

We have an easily accessible platform now that can be reached on or off campus.

Once running, it works very well. As a developer, I was able to manipulate how/what the signage displays (CSS) to get it to look exactly as I wanted. Their customer support team is very responsive once contacted and does a good job with solving the issue quickly.

**What do you dislike about REACH Media Network?**

Finding the right person/email to contact is difficult as their website focuses on sales more than support. Finding install files to install it yourself is not possible, they appear to want you to reach out for every configuration change. On initial setup, I spent a lot of time in the "code behind" view writing custom CSS to change the spacing, colors, font of the text, so making changes could be difficult for some to do on their own. Lastly, 3rd-party integrations are not exposed on the dashboard, meaning if I want to change what appointments are visible in the calendar integration we use, I would be best served reaching out to have them do it rather than try to solve it myself.

Visitors walk in for their meeting and don't know what room it is in. They see the sign, they go to the room. Additionally, general promotions.

Like many who work in higher education, my weeks working in student life are extremely busy. Having a tool that allows me to quickly share information with the student body regarding our upcoming events and programming allows me to complete tasks in a manner that no longer takes up a large portion of my afternoon/evening.

**What do you dislike about REACH Media Network?**

This may be more of a "me" problem or even a tool that Reach already offers, but I am not someone who is very skilled at creating video content. I think it would be nice if there were a team at Reach who could help in creating some content like this to help partner organizations. When I was working in college athletics, I had worked with HeyHuda for similar purposes marketing external events at off-campus locations. While our athletics staff had our own personnel who created video content for us, the team at HeyHuda also offered assistance in this area if we ever needed it.

**What problems is REACH Media Network solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allowing us to make more efficient use of our time by having control of what content goes up in our areas and how long that content stays in the rotation. I've worked with external companies in the past for promoting events off campus, and having to constantly reach out to ask for content to be rotated in and out was not only a pain, but it's a task that can be easily forgotten with how busy our weeks can get.

The support staff is amazing. Our technology team is a new section for our department as we try to bring the department into compliance with the larger organization's technology guidelines. We began taking over all of the smaller technology initiatives that had been handled by end users and REACH was one of those initiatives that had been overlooked. Trying to get the systems back to fully functional seemed like a large task at first since we have almost 30 devices spread out across our city, but working with the support team made this task a breeze. We got all of our sites back online and up to standard within 2 weeks thanks to Joe and Austin's amazing support. As fast and efficient as they were we probably could have accomplished this within a couple of days, the slowdown was on our end. Thankfully the staff was patient with us and understanding that nothing moves fast in municipal government.  I can't understate how easy the support staff made this transition.

**What do you dislike about REACH Media Network?**

I honestly have nothing negative to say about REACH. It is easy to use, easy to implement, has all of the features you could need, and the support staff are experts at their craft.

The system allows our community centers to display their specific schedules as well as information about our department as a whole.

I like that I can upload special notices to the various departments in my organization.  The tutorials do a great job of explaining how to do everything.  We have the REACH TV apps running all day everyday since the organization is 24 hours.

If I had to nitpick, I would say that it's not easy to clean up drop down menus without involving support.

**What do you like best about REACH Media Network?**

We've had Reach media for about three years and it is great.  We have announcements for individual work anniversaries display and it's easy to upload, program, and then remove if the person resigns.  Overall we really like the functionality of REACH media.  We have two different displays with it on them and could have different content if we want.  

The team continues to contact us to see if we need anything.   I like that they ask for recommendations to make things better and actually take the advice.

**What do you dislike about REACH Media Network?**

There is still nothing I dislike.  I would like to be able to make some media recurring by year, hopefully they will add this ability.

**Recommendations to others considering REACH Media Network:**

I recommend letting them set up a demo account for you to try it out for yourself.  It really is the most versatile for the best price that I found and I researched a lot because we have people with completely different skillsets that need to use this app.  They offer great training and we can reach out for help at anytime without additional costs.

**What problems is REACH Media Network solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to display messages to employees, share important calendar events, and let clients see messages about our firm that they might not have already known.  Our office feels more connected to important information, we plan to have a rotation of health and safety messages in the near future.

**What do you dislike about REACH Media Network?**

Not so much a "dislike", but rather a request that would ultimately, make Reach the absolute best product for our purposes is if we could schedule several ads from a client, but have them only appear one ad per rotation. 

For example, if a client submitted 5 ads to us, but only wanted one to play per rotation of ads at a time. This enables a client to pay the same for one space lotted, but submit as many ads as they wish.

This feature is frequently requested by our clients as it allows them to pay us for one ad placement, but cycle through various variations of their ad (so users are not seeing the same ad too frequently).

**What problems is REACH Media Network solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping up to date on the latest trends, and being proactive with security fixes.

**What do you like best about REACH Media Network?**

Marc and his staff are very responsive to any needs, technical issues, or questions that I may have about the product.  Marc takes time out of his busy schedule to check-in and makes sure that the product is working as it should.  The changes on the user interface made it much easier to use and cleaner to navigate. We are nowing using Reach at all of our facilities and that is due to the ease of implementation and intregration with Marketing. Overall, I think it's a great product that meets our needs within our facility.

**What do you dislike about REACH Media Network?**

I think a couple of things that could change to make it user friendly.  One, it would be nice to get notifications if one of the boxes is not communicating with the server.  Lastly, an app that allows for changes from your mobile device.

**Recommendations to others considering REACH Media Network:**

Learn the product and use the help ticket to get any issues resolved.  The response time is very quick usually less than one buisness day.

**What problems is REACH Media Network solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I feel that our members can get a wider variety of marketing materials for our branch and the association as a whole than with a wall filled for our members.  Members have a greater understanding of programs offered or can inquiry to staff about programs.  We have seen our registration numbers increase in youth sports and other youth programs.  We are working on using the screens more during our Annual Campaign to raise awareness about the YMCA and how we impact our community.

UPDATE: We have been a customer for three years now and have expanded successfully, as intended. There are two smaller locations for additional expansion that I'm hoping to tackle in the next 1-2 years. We are a new client; their customer service has made the biggest impression so far. The initial sales process and onboarding has been very easy, which is a pleasant surprise. It is also the perfect fit for us, to use as a foundation and then add on additional locations/functionality in the future.

**What do you dislike about REACH Media Network?**

Thus far, I have not found anything to dislike. I have to get back to you (maybe).

**Recommendations to others considering REACH Media Network:**

I strongly recommend doing your due diligence and get demos/proposals from other digital signage companies. We had a team go through five. Reach, for us, was the front runner from the beginning. Based on our skillset and needs, it was the best choice for us. I realize that this comment is very general to the overall decision-making process and not necessarily specific to Reach; however, I think it is crucial to the decision-making process.

**What problems is REACH Media Network solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helpful to our customers by offering entertainment, advertising, and important messaging.  Previously we had a third party manage these monitors and there were a lot of problems. Now the service is more reliable, which makes advertisers happy. There is a lot of value for the advertiser which translates into a healthy revenue stream for us.
