**What do you like best about Revinova?**

After using Raven360 for over a year, I have been incredibly pleased with the feature set, gamification, and the segmentation of the audience it offers.

Raven360’s integration with HubSpot is nothing short of stellar. It streamlined our processes, making it remarkably simple to consolidate our CRM and LMS needs including tracking the buyer journey. The transition was smooth, and it's been incredibly beneficial to our organization to have all our data and systems synced. With Raven360 and HubSpot working in tandem, we've been able to manage our sales pipeline more effectively and can drive growth.

The gamification features are another key aspect of Raven360 that I greatly appreciate. Our team has been energized by the leaderboards and competition, and we've seen an uptick in engagement and motivation as a result. This gamify learning approach has not only made training and education more enjoyable but has also enhanced knowledge retention among our team.

Raven360's ability to segment audiences is exceptionally useful. The platform allows us to distinctly cater to different groups - be it prospects, partners, or customers, each with unique content and learning paths. This level of customization has dramatically increased the effectiveness of our training efforts and has made a significant difference in how we engage with our different user groups.

In conclusion, Raven360 has proven itself to be a powerful tool that brings together learning management, marketing automation and CRM.

**What do you dislike about Revinova?**

As with any product, there's always room for improvement. The interface could use a bit of sprucing up for a more intuitive experience. Still, these are minor hiccups in what is otherwise a fantastic platform.

**What problems is Revinova solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By integrating learning into the revenue lifecycle, businesses can enhance customer and partner relationships, improve product understanding and usage, and ultimately drive growth in revenue.

Customer Education: We use Raven360  to deliver effective customer education programs. Through these programs, customers can better understand the product/service, which can increase usage, deepen engagement, improve customer satisfaction, and ultimately drive revenue.

Sales Enablement: We train the sales team about the latest products, services, and market trends. A well-trained sales team will be better equipped to close deals and drive revenue.

Partner Training: We use Raven360 to train tech partners, resellers and distributors on products, market positioning, and selling techniques, thereby indirectly contributing to revenue growth.

Onboarding: The faster a new customer can get up to speed with your product/service, the quicker they'll start realizing its value. Raven 360 can streamline and speed up the onboarding process, reducing time to value, increasing customer satisfaction, and helping to secure the recurring revenue.

Upselling and Cross-Selling: By delivering targeted training and education through Raven360, you can educate customers about the additional value they could receive from higher-tier packages or other offerings. **What do you like best about Revinova?**

The user experience as a content administrator - I like having multiple options for deploying content and controlling who it should be deployed to. The Business Intelligence options are wide ranging, along with the reporting options.

**What do you dislike about Revinova?**

Some UI features within the Admin console could be improved - for instance, having the ability to navigate via breadcrumbs when you are viewing contrnt such as catalog items, learning paths etc

**What problems is Revinova solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has allowed us to scale our training offering from the face-to-face training we previously offered. It has given us a central repository to host all of our training documentation and allows us to track the progress of learners / assess their results etc

**What do you like best about Revinova?**

The gamification features are an excellent way to engage users. Creating learning paths with quizzes,  assessments, videos, and login streaks... scoring points along the way is very cool. The integrations with Hubspot for advanced reporting and Credly for badging are also excellent.

**What do you dislike about Revinova?**

The user interface needs to be refreshed and made a bit more friendly. Allowing customers more control over the page/site's design, look and feel would also be very helpful.

**What problems is Revinova solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows us to offer a self-service portal for our customers, giving them on-demand training.  This frees us up to perform more complicated, high-touch training with our biggest customers.

The way the platform is structured has enabled us to slowly build our content in a way that has suited this work around other priorities

Needing to use a separate content editor was something we hadn't originally planned on doing

We have a time-zone training management system which allows self-based learning and testing without the need to employ staff to do this

They are flexible and grasp the business challenges we face.

Not so much dislike as understand the boundaries or limits of their resources. We have many requirements to roll out and sometimes this can be a challenge to have our requirements added to their development queue.

As with any vendor the more information you can share about business goals and requirements the better.

**What problems is Revinova solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can now deliver all learning materials from manuals to virtual lab instances with a single tool. This was our intention and it is the first time in my career that we have been able to deliver from a single platform. Inevitably I assume we will see limitations that may guide us in a different direction but not thus far.

We like the versatility of the platform. We are able to communicate with associates in the field through video reviews and feedback. We also appreciate the various formats that can be used within the tool to add context to our training.

**What do you dislike about Revinova?**

We honestly have not come across any functionality that does not fit with our desired workflow.

**What problems is Revinova solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Raven 360 has allowed us to realize real time consumption data with regard to our users. This was an issue in the past and has allowed us to adjust learning paths based on intelligence learned as our users move through the various learning paths.

I really like the people at Raven360 and their ability to partner. I like the visual interface of the platform and the options of various learning modalities: videos, coaching, quizzes, badges.

**What do you dislike about Revinova?**

I think the platform could be more intuitive especially for administrators.

**What problems is Revinova solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a way to distribute our online content to our clients. Raven360 has an e-commerce option which makes it easy for us to sell to our clients. We also want to be able to coach our clients asynchronously which we can do in the platform.

**What do you like best about Revinova?**

This application is so simple to run, and hence, no extra training for one to be proficient user.
Again, the software allows one to customize content that fits given roles Ina company, and therefore, bringing huge results. 
Lastly, Raven 360 is an intuitive software. 

**What do you dislike about Revinova?**

Eventually, this software lacks critical problems.
However, sometimes we find it running slow, compared with what we would wish. 
Again, on the other side of admin, there requires a better learning curve. 

**Recommendations to others considering Revinova:**

To improve on your productivity and have huge profits, get this item.
Eventually, you will be able to customize the needs of your firm and increase on sales. 

**What problems is Revinova solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used Raven 360 for instructor coaching and Sales improvement.
Again, we wanted to enboard sales representatives. 
It is a great tool

**What do you like best about Revinova?**

The "Netflix" like experience! Having a simplified and relevant user experience was one of our top priorities in choosing a LMS platform. Raven 360 provided just that and so much more, which has significantly improved our learning programs.

I can't think of anything I dislike about the platform. It is servicing all our needs and more.

Limited Tim Offerings
Safety Training

Benefits: Learners are more proficient, quicker ramp up period, reduce costs, increased user engagement.

Ease of use, unlimited uploads, customer service team, and their ability to add new features that consumers want!

The quiz module can be updated a little with new features.

It's better than any LMS, but you have to be willing to develop it on your end. It only works as well as the content you put into it.

We are engaging a large workforce that is sectioned off enormously around a 12,000 acre property.

I love the simplicity of the user experience and our ability to apply a company-specific skin, combined with the power of the search engine. Also appreciate the learning pathways options and the addition of the new video analysis tool.

I would like them to implement full text search with the knowledge repository. Reporting options are still being refined. 

**Recommendations to others considering Revinova:**

Be sure you take extra care in building a robust, yet simple taxonomy. The quality of taxonomy will drive the success of the user experience.

**What problems is Revinova solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Sales teams lose time searching for content housed on multiple platforms instead of focusing on the client. 
2. Inability to manage versioning. CR brings single sourcing capability.
3. Needed to be able to build agile skills and product trainings that included the assets housed in the knowledge repository.

**What do you like best about Revinova?**

I love being able to personalize content for specific roles within the company.  The product is intuitive and very easy to use and cuts the time of onboarding dramatically.

**What do you dislike about Revinova?**

Not very much, sometimes it seems slow but they may be a function of our internet connection.

**What problems is Revinova solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main reason we use the product is for onboarding sales reps and sales coaching.  Our reps have become much more productive since using Contentraven.

The easy of use and ability to provide near real time feedback via video is excellent. I also like the ability to have a custom rubrik so that different graders use the same criteria for grading uploads.

The administrative side of Content Raven requires a fairly steep learning curve.
