Rapidio saved me SO much time calculating income for borrowers with complex tax returns. The information didn't fit into any of the usual calculation worksheets, and I didn't feel confident sending a preapproval with an unsure calculation. Within 30 minutes of submitting everything to Rapidio I had the full results - including review by their QC dept - AND they called to walk me through it and point out any issues so I could address them before submitting the file. The income is calculated very quickly and also provides conditions and is also viewed by an underwriter. I find this super helpful and saves me so much time.
