It was easy to build the questionnaires the screen provided a option that enabled me to design surveys, including those with complex branching questions. **What do you dislike about Xact?** Xact by Ramboll did not integrate well with my CRM system, which meant that I had to manually export data. The use of existing data into surveys was said to be difficult. It was highly inefficient and error-prone particularly when dealing with big data sets. **What problems is Xact solving and how is that benefiting you?** Xact by Ramboll assisted me in the management of surveys with regard to generation as well as distribution. This made it easier to identify customer requirements and expectations as well as make better decisions within my team. ### 2. I was able to train my colleagues eaily, and they could use it seamlessly and implement it. The supporting resources can asnwer of alot of FAQs, as good as talking to customer support. **What do you dislike about Xact?** It is very comprehensive to setup even for simple tasks. The interface is a little too detailed, considering it covers alot of features. But nothing alarming for a regular user. **What problems is Xact solving and how is that benefiting you?** We wanted an all in one tool for internal and external use, which is comprehensive and gives us analystics in the form of data and dashboard.
