Raken Reviews & Product Details

As a daily user, the most useful feature for me is being able to jump straight into projects without any software bloat. I can get to the information I need quickly, with no delays and without a cumbersome user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The login experience could use some refinement. It never seems to remember my session for more than a day, and the login prompts could be streamlined into a single window by combining the username and password fields. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We've had a great experience implementing Raken across our concrete construction projects. The platform has made daily reporting, time tracking, and project documentation much more organized and consistent. The mobile app is easy for our field crews to use, and the ability to capture photos, complete daily reports, and track labor in one place has improved communication between the field and office.

One of the biggest benefits has been having project information readily available and standardized across all of our jobs. The setup process was straightforward, and the support resources have been helpful whenever questions came up.

Overall, Raken has become a valuable tool for improving accountability, documentation, and efficiency throughout our projects. We look forward to continuing to use it as our team grows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We ran into a few bugs while our team was setting up their profiles, but they were resolved quickly with support from the Raken team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It gives us the ability to efficiently record daily logs and track all employee hours, and it does so at a good price. Beyond that, it offers a lot more capability, which we’re excited to start incorporating into the business as we continue using it. The initial onboarding support was fantastic. We’d prefer to be able to view all reports directly within the program, rather than having to email them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really like Raken because of its easy and intuitive layout, which helps our crews focus on their work rather than juggling multiple apps. This allows seamless communication with the office and ensures quick and effective timekeeping and daily reporting. I also appreciate how it keeps all information digital, making it easy for the office staff to review instantly, and is invaluable for maintaining accurate records that are easy to retrieve even months later. The program's setup was very easy too, which was a great help for our transition from HH2. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I'm finding the equipment integration with Sage isn't quite there yet, but I appreciate that they're working on improving it. Also, the lack of bulk edit for time and the difficulty in moving time from one job to another without having to delete the previous entry are areas that could use some attention. I love using Raken on a daily basis for field reporting, punch list, and job organization due to its simplicity and effectiveness. It really enhances communication between field staff and office staff. The daily reporting and task features are invaluable, keeping us connected with every employee and all the different jobsites. The ease of setup and initiation was another highlight for me, making it accessible right from the start. It's so user-friendly! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

On the submittal feature, I would love to see some standardized forms that are prefilled. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish it were a bit more user friendly with the photo downloading. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy to use and very handy. There’s no need to worry about writing things out manually. I can use my phone to write the report, and I don’t even need a computer to submit it and sign it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes it lags while I’m typing notes. I’m not sure whether this is only happening on my Android phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how simple Raken is to use, whether I’m on a browser or mobile device. It gives us day-to-day project progress, including uploaded pictures, and I enjoy having access to the project photos for our corporate capabilities brochure. The initial setup was very simple. I wish there were a good spot for supervisors to mark who in their crew was on site for which jobs; right now, it just shows a number. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I appreciate how Raken helps us gather all of our information like daily reports, photos, punch lists, and RFIs in one easy-to-use hub. It's been great all around for us because it allowed us to streamline 3 or 4 different management programs into one. The main dashboard is really useful as it lets all of the project managers view, in real time, all the activities of any given job site at any given time. Additionally, the onboarding team did a great job, getting us going in just a week. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Time tracking still needs some work, and the integration with ComputerEase is definitely below par. The back-end work required to get the data out of Raken and into ComputerEase is frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Customer Service. They are real people not AI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is hard to figure out how to get it started. It is not an hour or anything magical. It takes time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
