We've had a great experience implementing Raken across our concrete construction projects. The platform has made daily reporting, time tracking, and project documentation much more organized and consistent. The mobile app is easy for our field crews to use, and the ability to capture photos, complete daily reports, and track labor in one place has improved communication between the field and office. One of the biggest benefits has been having project information readily available and standardized across all of our jobs. The setup process was straightforward, and the support resources have been helpful whenever questions came up. Overall, Raken has become a valuable tool for improving accountability, documentation, and efficiency throughout our projects. We look forward to continuing to use it as our team grows. I appreciate how Raken helps us gather all of our information like daily reports, photos, punch lists, and RFIs in one easy-to-use hub. It's been great all around for us because it allowed us to streamline 3 or 4 different management programs into one. The main dashboard is really useful as it lets all of the project managers view, in real time, all the activities of any given job site at any given time. I appreciate how easy the initial setup of Raken was for my team. We integrated it with our accounting software effortlessly, as we didn't have to do anything besides linking it. The app doesn't work very well. The time tracking feature is problematic; the guys cannot always see the options to clock in. Sometimes the app doesn't work at all, they struggle to clock out, or the app freezes. There's also not enough signal for the app to work, causing too many issues.
