We have encountered many issues with Rainmail, which is quite frustrating. It would be great if they increase the integration, with third party software. Rainmail lacks some features for email management and falls short in terms of providing advanced security measures. Its on-premises setup is inconvenient for organizations that require flexibility. We are using Rainmail for the past couple of years for internal mail management & promotional emails campaign for our sales & Marketing team.Rainmail provides advance security features that helps us prevent malware & suspicious activities. We are using Rainmail for Secure Mail Management & data integrity. Rainmail provides a lot of features filtering, Anti-spamming that help us in the security management of our data. There is not a lot to mention about when it comes to using Rainmail. It has nearly all the features one would require in a mailing server like create mails, signatures, folder hierarchies etc. but not a lot of them are fully usable and intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
