**What do you like best about RAID Recovery™?**

When migrating from one QNAP to another, a failure occurred during which the data on RAID10 was lost
Direct switching to a Linux machine did not produce results, due to the peculiarities of implementing RAID on QNAP
Using RAID Recovery™ 6.21 I was able to read and save the entire RAID 10
I am grateful to the entire team for an excellent product, and especially to the technical support staff for their promptness in providing assistance.
I received everything I expected from the product

**What do you dislike about RAID Recovery™?**

During the use of the product, nothing was revealed that I would like to improve or supplement.
quickly available with guaranteed results.

**What problems is RAID Recovery™ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using this product, I completely recovered information from a destroyed RAID10

**What do you like best about RAID Recovery™?**

I like that it recovers data from accidental formatting, deletion, damaged drive, RAW file system & other data loss situations.

**What do you dislike about RAID Recovery™?**

I don't know if there is anything that I dislike at this point. RAID recover is pretty good, I am sure there is always room for improvement but I can't say at this time as I haven't used it too much.

**Recommendations to others considering RAID Recovery™:**

I have no recommendations at this time other that it's a great backup and restoration tool. it works with various file systems.

**What problems is RAID Recovery™ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The business problem that I am trying to solve is retrieving files that were accidentally lost.  This will help save a lot of time, energy and money.  Being able to recover lost files means saving time, which is a cost saver.
