What do you like best about Ragic?

Ragic is a wonderful tool for businesses. It can work as an easy, no code solution for many businesses. The no code components are powerful and allow for a wide range of database uses. Ragic has been flexible enough to serve as a CRM, resource management, and laboratory information management system. With no code solutions, we were complemented on the thoroughness of our systems by 3rd party assessors. All of this was easy to implement.

As we've grown, so have our database needs. We've expanded our Ragic development into Javascript, which has allowed us create a very strong and robust system for our laboratory, client management, and resource management. Javascript takes Ragic to new heights with data validations, workflows, and automation. Just when we thought we couldn't do more with Ragic, the world opened up for us with Javascript. Ragic integrates readily with many other platforms through API, which extensively expands its usefulness.

Throughout our 8 year journey, Ragic support has been very helpful. They are responsive and friendly. Ragic support takes each request seriously and we've always felt supported. This sets them apart from other services we've considered in the past.

Overall, Ragic is a sandbox ready for your business and can satisfy many industries with their environment. They are not limited by modules like other platforms. And it's easy to learn! Ragic is our number one platform used in our company and we use it every day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ragic?

There isn't much to dislike about Ragic. However, there is room for improvement.

Their built-in reporting functions could use more documentation and expanded capabilities. It's served us for years, but as our needs have changed we've required more thorough reports. For example, directly exporting report data into Excel would be very powerful. We've gotten around this by using custom Excel documents with VBA and used Ragic's Mail Merge capabilities to expand our reporting capabilities. Even if their built-in reports are limited, Ragic offers a way for us to report through other tools.

As our database has grown, so has the number of pages. Moving those page between different tab menus is cumbersome. More so, generating reports from data in different tab menus is also a challenge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ragic is incredibly easy to use and they have tons of articles/resources that help you figure out exactly how to do something. What do you dislike about Ragic?

Perhaps the only thing I dislike the most about Ragic is some of the way things are laid out and the design choices you have available to you. It would be cool if Ragic allowed you to have more design languages available to you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's easy to use Ragic between computer & phone,

I can input data when I using the computer,

but when I go outside, I can browse the information what I need on cell phone,

What do you like best about Ragic?

Once you learn a few Ragic basics, like the difference between the form and listing page, and how to link to other sheets, it is the most useful tool out there. I use it for: sales,HR, inventory management, calendar and accounting Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ragic?

That more people do not use it! There can be some glitches on occasion that require a restart of the mobile app, but the developers are really good at scrubbing those out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
