"RadioPro - a must-have for tech solutions!"

What do you like best about RadioPro?

RadioPro provides an easy-to-use interface that allows consumer configuration and personalization. With the limited space we had, the footprint allowed for easy installation. One especially beneficial component was the ability to dispatch to multiple sites. Another feature that helped our company was the ability to communicate with the system from anywhere. With traveling being a weekly occurrence, this was key to the success of our ability to reach clients and staff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RadioPro?

I, myself nor anyone in my company has experienced any negatives with the software at this time. RadioPro has helped us with consistent communication and the ability to have access from around the world. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Good Communication Software, but not flawless"

What do you like best about RadioPro?

It is easy to load and use as far as communication. It allows multiple channels provided you have the equipment to handle it. Communication comes through clear and allows for playback in case you missed it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RadioPro?

The support for this product is terrible. The techs are often condescending and will treat you terribly. There is an evident lack of compatibility with products they do not themselves sell. You cannot simply buy any equipment and make it work. You have to buy their equipment and spend the extra dough for anything to work. You will also need to buy a license for each user and pay for upgrades after that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering RadioPro:

The best advice I could give is to look somewhere else. There are most likely better options with more compatibility and better support. However, if you only need a few licenses and people take good care of the equipment, it can be an option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RadioPro solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use this software primarily to communicate with the crews out in the field. The only benefit other than communication is the playback feature that 90% of the time works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about RadioPro?

It is effortless to install and integrate.No need to code as we don't need any programming languages. We can communicate throughout the world in groups and calls that require privacy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RadioPro?

I have complaint them to work on their customer support which is quite slow and sometimes unresponsive, support is improving as of now, but they can improve more than this... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

i love the most RadioPro Windows Client, when almost all my computers are windows based, its a pleasure to work with radioPro for that exact reason Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
