RadioPro provides an easy-to-use interface that allows consumer configuration and personalization. With the limited space we had, the footprint allowed for easy installation. One especially beneficial component was the ability to dispatch to multiple sites. Another feature that helped our company was the ability to communicate with the system from anywhere. It is easy to load and use as far as communication. It allows multiple channels provided you have the equipment to handle it. Communication comes through clear and allows for playback in case you missed it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The support for this product is terrible. The techs are often condescending and will treat you terribly. There is an evident lack of compatibility with products they do not themselves sell. You cannot simply buy any equipment and make it work. You have to buy their equipment and spend the extra dough for anything to work. I have complaint them to work on their customer support which is quite slow and sometimes unresponsive, support is improving as of now, but they can improve more than this... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
